Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin, welcome to 10 Williamson Drive in Kuranda, we’ve got a beautiful autumn day for you today, to have a look through this fabulous lifestyle property. We just want to do a little bit of quick orientation, we’re in the middle section here, the main living area, we’ve got a fantastic lifestyle deck that we will go to in just a minute. We got bedroom, one, two, three. We’ve got a bathroom in there with a separate toilet, and then, around the outside of the house, we’ve got the laundry then. Then, if we go around this side of the house, we’ve actually got another bathroom with a shower. Just have a bit of a wander, I know that you’re going to love it.

We’ve come out of the main area onto this again, I keep using the word because it’s true, it is a lifestyle deck. We’ve got about 12 meters long, and we’ve got about 3 meters wide, we’ve got a bedroom that looks out, we’ve got the main area here that comes out, nice easy flow. Another main bedroom there, and of course, we’ve got a barbecue area at the very end.
Now, what’s smashing about this is the fact that it’s all under cover, it’s beautifully breezy, it’s not a windy day, but you can– If you look around there, you could actually see the leaves on the trees, all rustly and all lovely, beautiful views. At the end there, we’ve got a sink, we’ve got cupboards, so it makes the perfect barbie spot for the late afternoon.

We’ve just come out of the main entrance, one of the things that I forgot to mention is the fact that we’ve got fly screens on the windows which is fantastic when the lights are on at night and you don’t want bugs. There’s a very famous hotel in San Francisco called the Triton Hotel, and if you haven’t looked it up online, the bathrooms are actually almost identical to the bathroom you’re just about to have a look at, it’s got beautiful bold flash colors in it, and it’s a lot of fun. We’ve got a lot of usable land in this area. Actually, as I said, we’ve got 4,000 square meters, and we will have a wander around the gardens, it’s just filled with natives, when everything’s in bloom, you can smell it. We’ve got Song of India, we’ve got popwood trees, hibiscus, I think we’ve actually got, I don’t know, 500 rain-forest trees.
Again, we’ve got this beautiful view behind you but, up here, we’ve got a shipping container, it has windows, it has power, it has water and, you could use it as a studio, you could use it as an office. The roof you can actually stand up on and, when the kids were young in this property, they were actually able to get up there and play and you can have a bigger view, have a wander.
