Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin, and welcome to 21 Platypus Close in Kuranda. I’m super particular about the lifestyle properties that I represent and this one is no exception. It’s a one owner. The whole house is fly-screened so you don’t have any insects coming in. Of course, we’ve got this gorgeous wooden deck that you can sit out and let the outside come in. Just stunning.

In terms of laundries, this is the biggest I have seen in a very, very, very long time. You could actually make this an extra room. You could make it a bedroom. You could make into an extra office. You could do whatever you want to with it. It’s up to you and your imagination. Fabulous workbench. The tumble dryer is actually vented to the outside, which for those who know about the wet tropics, is a brilliant idea. Again, engineering and ingenuity at work.
