Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin and welcome to lot number 333, Kingfisher Drive. If you have been searching for that block bland as in it has to take all your boxes, five acres, you want some clear the area, you want it in a fabulous location, you want it to be 100% private and you really don’t want to do very much work other than enjoy it, double your little feet in the creek and build your dream property, then this could be for you. The location here is absolutely fantastic. We have a cul-de-sac, so, no through a road, it’s very, very quiet, it is supremely private. We have two, three-quarter acre cleared areas on the five-acre bit of land.
If we just do a little bit of orientation as you come in with coming that little bitumen entrance and the right-hand side boundary is about 230 meters long. Your opposite boundaries about 200, we’re about 83 at the front and about 110 at the back. It’s beautiful rainforest and we have a bore infrastructure in place, all you have to do is put a little bit of a pump up top. Let’s go and have a one that you’re just going to fall in love with a beautiful block of land. You can see the weather is absolutely beautiful and sparkling through all the trees around about us. We’ve come in there and this is probably one of the highest points on the land.
We’ve got the two, three-quarter acres, an acre and half roughly cleared and comes in the high point here and then we sit down a little dip and then we’ve got another bit of clearing there. You could build your house on the lower side or on the high side. Then up just behind you on your right, we’ve got the bore infrastructure and I think it’s about 79 meters sign and the water samples and the analysis makes it very beautiful drinking water so you don’t have to worry about that. But let’s go for one that down up and over and we’ll go down to the creek, let’s go. This is a fantastic walkway. It’s probably, let me say, one, two, three, four.
It’s about four or five meters wide and we’ve just come in from the main area about one and a half acres approximately that’s cleared and we have this beautiful walkway down to the creek. Now, it’s quiet. You can hear the birds and I’m sure, if you sat here for long enough, you’d actually be able to hear the butterfly wings flapping. It is just so peaceful. It is seriously beautiful. But let’s carry on down a walk and I’ll meet you at the creek. From the start of where we have that beautiful walkway to hear, we’ve go uphill a little bit, goes really, really flat and then we’ve got this little bit that comes by just here. It’s about 300 meters, 280, 300 meters each.
Behind us, I’d like to look yet but that is the creek. Now before we get to the creek, get a little pose here that we could use as a picnic spot, we’ve got pandanus and tree fans and again we’ve just got the most beautiful dappled light but walk this way. This is the exciting part. We got cobblestones, all very organic. Pink marble I think it is or maybe even a little bit of granite. Watch where you’re walking and you can hear the water. This is the creek and it is in your garden. It is absolutely beautiful. We’ve got this tree that’s obviously fallen over, beautiful green moss on it but just listen to that. It almost obscures the butterfly wings. This is just a stunning part.
But let’s walk out, there’s another clear the area at the top, you’re going to love that too. You can still hear the creek even from here would only probably 20, 30 meters away. We’ve come down the walkway, we’ve crossed the creek and this is heading up towards the back of the property. Now remember that right-hand boundary, we looked if we have the road behind us, we’ve got about 230 meters this way and this is heading up to that top right-hand corner. I mentioned at the beginning that we had another big area of cleared land and this is up here. It really is beautiful.
You could build a granny flat, you could build a studio, you could actually build a second house up here or, of course, just enjoy it as is but let’s go up and have another look, it really is gorgeous and it’s elevated. Let’s go. We are pretty much at the top of the property. Now five acres when you look it up on a little bit of a map can be deceiving because it can be flat, it can be completely treed but as you can see, this one has got so many little nooks and crannies but more importantly, it has got lots of clear lands that you can actually do whatever you want with. We’ve come up from the creek up on your right-hand side, we’ve come up that little bit of a hill.
There’s serious amounts of cleared open space here and as we get a little bit higher on the property, you can actually feel those breezes and you can see the leaves just over there and moving. Again, we’ve got the back corner up here, little peg and it is open, it’s bright and it’s beautiful. When you come onto your property, you’ll know that this is the bore because of the little red bucket. It doesn’t look like very much but the water analysis, as I mentioned before is absolutely sensational.
With the infrastructure for the whole property, all you would have to do is bring in the power from the main street which is not very far away obviously and of course, putting your little pump and your external infrastructure and you’ve got all the beautiful water in this fantastic glorious location.
