Isn’t that just little features? Welcome home. This is fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. It’s so not what you would expect. When you come along Kuranda Crescent and you just say, that’s my house, I’m coming home. Then you open the door and then you have this vista, this view that is unlike anything else I can guarantee that you would have access to out your own balcony. That is just absolutely amazing.
A little bit of orientation. Beautiful big living area. We’ve got two bedrooms on this side, and then we have got the master on this side with a bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry. If we start with this kitchen, it’s beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Now, fascination with all things gorgeous. This is a butler sink. It’s big, beautiful, little two-way tap, hot and cold. It makes it easier when you’re washing, you’re doing your bits. You’ve got plenty of space here. Lovely wooden bench tops. Dishwasher, open and soft closed drawers. Plenty of cupboard space. Cupboards here, cupboards here and of course cupboards up top as well.
Gas cooking and plenty of space for a big fridge because the wall actually it’s a big bit of wall. If you’ve got a big fridge, it’s absolutely going to fit. We’re not going to head out there just at the moment. We are going to have a quick look at the bedrooms and then we’re going to go out into the balcony and then we’re going to have a real good walk around the house so you can see everything.

Before we have a look at the master bedroom, we have got a fantastic wood-burning stoves so that in the middle of winter, and it does get chilly in Kuranda, believe it or not, in winter, you can just sit here with your PJs on and you can just relax, look at your beautiful rainforest views and watch those flames under a romantic, just incandescent light.
Absolutely terrific.
We are now going to head to the master. This is just a beautiful room, absolutely beautiful, beautiful room. We have got robes in all the bedrooms. Let me just show you in here. Plenty of space, plenty of cupboard space, floors all finished. Sometimes you open doors and robes and there’s nothing on the floor. Beautifully finished, like I said, it’s quality, luxurious lifestyle. You’re lying in bed.
Now, this is really important. No one looking into your bedroom. If I am lying in bed, [laughs], comfy bed, I shouldn’t be sitting on people’s beds. I’m looking out to rainforest. I’m looking out to my own little seating area where I can have my cup of tea in the morning or I can do it from the kitchen. Doesn’t matter which way you go. You’ll notice, oh, should make up the beds.
We have got air conditioning, so fully air-conditioned for the master. We have got fan and the whole house is fly-screened. These windows here, they individually open and we have– how good’s that? Beautiful fly screen. You don’t have to use the air if you don’t want to. Now we’re going to head back around that way, but before we do, I just wanted to show you, these are marvellous, easy-open fly screens. Oh, beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Let’s just come out here. I just need you to see just a little bit of a glimpse then I’m going to head back round there and right back through and look at the other bedrooms.

Absolutely brilliant. Absolutely just beautiful. Imagine waking up, as I said, and having that as your view. It’s just unbelievable. Bathroom, cupboard, little separate toilet, and a utility in here. Wait till you see that. Just everything about this property, it’s just got that feeling of freshness, feeling of space. Feeling of if I was here on my own, if I was here with a young family, if I was here and I was a little bit older, everything just works. This, again, keeping the same theme as the kitchen, just older style taps. I just love it. Again, a little attention to detail. Then, of course, we have got comfy bath, totally big shower.
Again, this is important. No neighbors. You’re in the shower doing what you do best and it’s just getting lovely and smelled and just feeling fabulous for the day. It’s totally private. Absolutely, totally private. We’ve got plenty. Cupboard space often is at the premium. This is in spades. It is luxurious amounts of cupboards all lovely open racks for air and for ventilation. Then we come around here and this is fabulous open-style utility. You’re going to have your washing machine, you could even remove those shelves and put your tumble dryer it if you wanted to up here. Then just pop your little head round in here separate room.
The towels are great and the towels just all work. Again, another cupboard in here. Let’s pop your head around here so you can see little manhole up there just for the people who would like to get into the roof space. Brooms, brushes, little bits and bobs just fresh. I’m going to meet you over the other side and look at those other two bedrooms.

Can’t stop touching that kitchen Before we have a look at those other two rooms. I did and will look at this when we come back out into the balcony. These open up for fantastic entertaining, I’m going to open them so you can see it again because everything just works beautifully. It’s smooth. House is less than 10 years old, so you would expect everything to be fresh, and again, totally flyscreened.
We’ve got two other rooms here. Remember, they are just rooms, so you can use them for whatever you want to be. If you are here just as a couple, you might just have one sleeping room, and these could be art rooms, reading rooms, telly rooms, but this is just, again, glorious. Come on in here. We’ve got almost identical to the master. We’ve got another plenty of hanging space. We’ve got plenty of bits there for all the t-shirts, and a little bits and bobs.
If you come along here so that you can see we are into the living space, but again- Whoop, doing a little dance. -it’s absolutely private. Next one is– I love this room. I love this room. When you go in, the first thing you’re going to see apart from it being a really beautiful room is look at the views. Okay, now that is just green color, lovely, and this could be an office. Absolutely could be an office. What more fantastic way if you had to work from home, you could even have your desk whatever way you wanted it. That would be just an inspirational, stunning view. You would never, ever, ever get stressed.
Again, again, again, for the 19th time, and I say again because it’s important that you understand and that you get how fabulous this is. You don’t see that in normal, everyday houses. Again, it all works. Beautiful room, fans, just lights and bright and airy. Of course, you could hang curtains or blinds if you wanted to, but you get plenty of natural light. Now, this is brilliant. We’re just going to head out there and take it all in.

The room is just absolutely gorgeous. I want to show you, and yes, Angela, it’s just a door, but it works and it slides beautifully. Again, the house is all steel, hence the no maintenance, and the windows and doors are all aluminum. This is going to go here. This is going to go here. We’ve got flyscreens that do exactly the same. How brilliant is that? Again, you have complete and utter control of your environment, but let’s just have a look at this lifestyle deck. It is totally undercover. You could live out here. You would live out here. It’s quiet. We’re in suburbia. We can walk to the village, but you would not know because you can just hear the birds and the butterflies. Absolutely fantastic location, as I said at the beginning.
Now, not sure how long this is, but I’ll do a quickie. One, two, three, roughly four, and then I will do roughly. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, approximately 16 meters of living. You could have your art easel out here. You could have your comfiest chair out here. You could have your dining table out here. It is just relaxation plus, and of course, we have your very own rainforest. Now, this here steel, stainless steel. To give you a sense of the size, I mentioned at the beginning we’re about 5,200 meters. That’s about an acre and a quarter.
Now, what you see down there is not where the property ends. The house is quite up close to the front of the property, and it’s roughly 30 meters wide. We will have a bit of a quick walk around there, and then we’ll go down here so you can have a look underneath. Plenty of potential underneath as well. From the road down to the very back, it’s about 140 meters, correct. You heard correct. 140 meters. This looks like it goes that way, but it is from pretty much the corner there, at least 30 meters wide in that direction all the way through. You could create your own little rainforest paths. Your own little rainforest walks, and it’s yours. It’s absolutely sensational.
I really hope that you’re getting the sense that this is just a beautiful, beautiful lifestyle with luxury. We are going to now head out the front door, and we’re going to have a bit of a quick walk around the house so you can see. Then we’re going to have a look down there. Again, so we can have a look under the house.

There you are. We are going to head around the house so that you can see everything. I want to show you everything, so even if you are not able to visit in person or if you’re an investor, oh, fantastic investment opportunity that would rent just like that. We get these stairs that we come down here, easy access. Oh, look at that. I don’t know how old that is, but it would surely have to be pretty old. Some little yummy cactus. We’ve got little hidden areas in the garden. Sparkly, look at these, these are elephant ears. You can see why they’re called elephant ears because they look like elephant ears.
Again, we’ve got the no-maintenance steel, metal construction. The garden goes all the way over to here. We’re screened from the road. You can hear the birds. Here’s a power box. Now, the other thing too with the water, it’s an energy-efficient system, so it will only heat up when you use it. It’s endless heating, but it’s not being stored in a Rheem, for example. It’s pretty much instant gas, hot water. We have plenty of space down here. Now, the house is in the middle, so I’m thinking if you have a little eye down there that gives you a sense of where your boundary would be.
We’ve got plenty of space under the house. Absolutely plenty. Oh, look at that tree plant, just beautiful. Some extra fencing if you want that. That’s a septic tank. Look at the possibilities of that. Now, you could put another deck on there. You could put little bits of shutters, or you could just put that lovely bamboo screening. Then you’ve got this other indoor outdoor relaxation spot overlooking this fabulous rainforest. We’ve got a pandanus on this side. Oh, that’s nice lilly pillies. We’re not going to go all the way down, but it just gives you a sense of how easily manageable it is.
You don’t even have to have the grass. You could put your fruit trees. Fruit trees love this location. Of course, we have what we need, and that is sun. We have ventilation in the house, so you’re always going to get that airflow. 142 meters from the front all the way down to the back. From there, that goes all the way into there, is just unbelievable. Just have a quick look up at the house again so you can see the size. That’s a balcony, master bedroom, main living area, but underneath, just think about what you could do in addition to having that fantastic space upstairs. We’re just going to head back up around, and we’re going to do a bit of a wrap-up.
