Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, got the sheds, got everything you would ever want. As always, as always, as always, as always, as always, there are several ways that you can actually come into any lifestyle property. We were just down at the bottom with the cassia tree. There is a driveway that goes up the side of the house. We can then see the garage and the sheds. This is actually the front of the house. This is the front entrance, but we’ll have a look when we go around and look at the inside of the house. You can easily get into the laundry as well.
You’re going to notice solar panels on the roof. We’ve got a 7kVA panel arrangement, but I think it’s about a 5kVA solar system. You are going to have fabulous amounts of energy. You’re just going to save heaps and heaps and heaps on your energy bills. That is a pretty massive system. The garden, as you’ve just seen, is 1.75 acres, flat, open, and sunny. We’ll come back out and have a look in a minute. Let’s go in and have a look at the house.

Isn’t this just beautiful? I did mention at the beginning, it’s a beautiful, just ready-to-move-in lifestyle property. We’ve got a wraparound veranda too, which gives the whole house that protection from the sun, from the wind, from the rain, so you could pretty much be out there all year round. Again, we’ll go outside in a minute. This is gorgeous. Neutral color, classic, beautifully stylized. You could just come in here at the end of a really hard day at work and just go phew and just relax.
Now, we spoke about solar on the roof. I think it’s a 5-kilowatt. It’s a reverse-cycle air conditioner. You could be running that all day every day. Again, your energy bills are going to be low because we’ve got plenty of solar. Big, open space. We’ve then got, through here, a dining area that takes us into a fabulous kitchen, I mean fabulous, fabulous kitchen. It is fresh. It’s clean. It is bright. We have got plenty, and I mean plenty of cupboard space.
I love the old stainless steel sinks with the double drainers because you can just be washing, putting your stuff here, washing, putting your stuff there. You’re not hemmed in at all. Plenty of space for your fridge. We’ve got an oven. We’ve got room here for our microwave. More cupboards, more cupboards, drawers, beautiful, nice drawers, and an induction cooktop. AEG, very, very good brand. I just love this. It is just, again, fresh and very, very modern. Now, you’re probably going to put the dining table outside because that’s where you’ll probably live, but you’d easily get one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight people around this table.
Absolutely huge. We’ve got fans everywhere. If you just come around this way so we can see this gorgeous living area from this direction. We’ve got fans. Again, you can just see how bright and it’s just calm, very, very calm. All the windows and doors have garden views. They’re all fully screened. This is just the most amazing view, which you can have a look at in a minute, out into almost your 1.75 acres of flat, open, sunny land. Just breathe it in. I’m going to show you the bedrooms.

This is just a really calm, soft, quiet bedroom. This whole area, it’s private. It’s very peaceful. We’re actually at the very end of a no-through road. Everywhere you look, like I said, it’s just garden. You come in here. That view that we’ve just seen before from the living room, that is your view from your bed in the morning. Now, we’ve got a lovely little mirror here so you can pamper yourself as you come in.
We’ve got great, big dressing room area here. Come in and we can have a look out that way. Again, it’s all about the view. This room here, it’s filled with all the things and all the space that you would actually need for all your clothes. This, I love. When you’ve got little jangly bits or you’ve got jewelry bits and pieces, you can actually put it on this lovely, fluffy velvet drawer liner. That goes in there.
That is glass, so you can actually see it. I think it’s lovely. You could almost put a little mirror there too if you wanted to. Then we’ve got this really lovely ensuite. It’s big. It’s spacious. Come in. We have got plenty of room. Now, we’ve got a shower curtain that you may or may not want to use because everything is lovely and it’s open. I call them rainforest showers because it just feels luxurious.
Then behind us, we’ve got a loo, which you’ve probably seen. Then on this side, again, as we come out, we’ve got another one of those fabulous drawers, a bit fixated with the drawers, for your jewelry or any other little bits and pieces that you want. Beautiful, bright, sunny room. Lots of natural light as I mentioned before. I mentioned the air conditioner. Also too, in the roof, when we talk about cool and energy efficiency, in the roof, in the house, and also in the sheds, we’ve actually got solar-powered vent fans if you like.
It just sucks up any warm air that’s left after the air conditioner. This is Lifestyle Plus. We came in the main living door. Main entrance door if you like. This is out of a patio kitchen. Then we’re going to actually go into the other two bedrooms and then have a quick look at the laundry because, ideally, when you come in at your car, that is where you are going to come in, which is just here. We’re going to head down. We’ll have a quick look at the bedrooms and then we’ll look at the laundry.

Lovely big hallway. The main bathroom is really, really, really spacious. We’ve got a beautiful big mirror here. You just don’t feel like you are hemmed in. I know I go on about that, but so many properties and houses where little rooms are just little, and you just don’t have that feeling of space. Even the toilet, come and let me show you the toilet. Lovely blinds here. Look at the size of this. This is a big loo, obviously got privacy door here, and then we’ve got a shower and a deep bath for bubblies.
That would just be brilliant. You can just lie there and just relax with your bubble bath. Again, super clean, plenty big. You’re going to be able to just move into this house. There’s nothing that you would have to do. There’s nothing that you have to spend. Of course, we’ve got the vanity there. We’re just going to have a look in these bedrooms here. Cupboards, plenty of storage space. Each of the rooms have got storage and cupboard space in the hallway and this other really lovely– [sighs] They all feel calm.
We’ve got robes here. We’ve got little drawers inside the robes. One part’s got mirror. The other part is just a non-mirror. Same in here. This is just a little reflection of the next room. Again, we’ve got these brilliant, look at that, absolutely brilliant views. I know you can’t see it probably with the light, but it’s just stunning views out to your very own 1.75 acres. This is lovely. Plenty of space, all built in, all your little drawers. Love it.
We’ve been in here [laughs] and then we get another room here. It could be an office. Again, just a third bedroom. Remember, rooms are just rooms. You can do with them whatever you want with your life, but they’ve all got garden views. They’re all screened. They’ve all got natural light. They’ve all got that feeling of loveliness. Look at this laundry. Oh, my goodness. You’ve actually got room for another fridge or a freezer in the laundry. You could put anything in there.
You’ve got an extra washing machine or a dryer, but why would you? They’re already here. Great for folding towels. Great for putting in just your laundry baskets. A magic, and I mean magic stainless steel sink. We’re going to head out. That’s where we’re going to park our cars. This is probably going to be when you come in straight into the main living area. Let’s go have a bit of a quick look outside.

How brilliant is this? We are undercover. We are out the weather. We’re out the sun. We’re out the wind. We’re out the rain. That’s a dining area just there. We could be cooking, chopping, doing whatever you want to do. Get your Barbie area and come and sit out here. It is 100% private, totally private. Again, don’t forget. We’ve got our wraparound balconies all the way around the house.
Now, we have an orchard, but look at the orchard. A couple of minutes’ time. We’ve got the double garage just here. See, you’ve actually got room for your children. We’ve got sand pits. We’ve got trampolines. We’ve got all sorts of lovely yummies. This double garage is about 7.2 by roughly 7.2 meters. We have got one of those fabulous, big shade carports. I think that’s about 6 meters by 8 meters.
Clothesline straight out. Again, we’ve got plenty of concrete, which, in the tropics, as we know, concrete is our very best friend. We have a little remote here. Now, before we have a look in here, I want us just to turn round so that we can see that side of the balcony as well. That’s the solar system. I’m not sure if you can see that, but we’ve got the solar system that’s on the wall.
Now, I love little buttons. Whoops. You press it once and it opens, but you have to be patient. Then you press it again and then it’ll stop. [clears throat] Excuse me. Both doors actually open, but we’ll just open one of them just so that you can see how really big this shade is. Again, we’ve got a little vent in the roof. Plenty of space for all your tools. You can put your cars in here, your workbenches in here, and it’s all steel.
We have a door there that you can access from the house. We’ve got plenty of natural light. Again, you can hear the vented fan going, just sucking up all the air. Oh, isn’t that beautiful? Love the number eight. Then we’ve got our big carport or our shade, shed as they’re called. Look at this. How much space and storage would you actually want? These are just brilliant. You can use it literally for storage or you can bring your car in. If you had a caravan or a motor home or a boat, it’s all there.
The land goes pretty much a rectangle, except for up the top part here. Kids’ trampoline. We’ll go around there and we’ll go up into the garden just so you can see the back of the patio area again from this point. We’ve got an orchard, plenty of beautiful fruit trees. We’ve got big mango. We’ve got lychee. It’s fully irrigated with Wi-Fi. We’ve got mandarins. We’ve got limes. We have got orange. Just absolutely glorious.
Two other little garden sheds, roughly 3 meters by 3 meters, where you can put all your gardening bits in there. Not sure if you can see, but got a little pink bit. You probably can’t see. I can show you when you get here, but the land actually goes up to a point just up there. These are all other little beautiful fruit trees. Look at your mountain views. Absolutely stellar. Absolutely stunning. Now, veggies as well.
Ooh, there’s mulberry. Oh, mulberry trees are just amazing. When they fruit, you get all these beautiful black currant. They are sensational. Just google mulberry. That one looks like it’s fruiting. It’s fruiting. We can see the garden here. We can see the house. We’ve got elevation, veggie patch ready just for you to put in all your herbs and all your spices or grow all your other little bits.
We’ve got this stepped area, which just adds to the character of the lifestyle. We can see the house just here. That goes back too. Come full circle if you like. Now, the location is absolutely fantastic. Jumrum Close, as I said, we’re at the end of a no-through road. Oh, look at all the fruit on here. Oh, dripping. Oh, smell that. That is beautiful. That looks like a lime tree. You got dragon fruit. I can’t even remember what I was saying, but it’ll come back to me. Dragon fruit.
Look at this. You pay a squillion dollars at the markets to buy dragon fruit. There they are just literally dripping off the trees. We’ve got bananas there as well. We’ve actually got some banana fruit. Ooh, look. Look, look, look, you see that? We have got bananas. By the time you enter your beautiful new property, you can have fresh bananas, dragon fruit, and all the other gorgeous things that you would expect from a tropical environment.
