This is quite simply a gorgeous home on a really gorgeous property and has everything you need or will ever want for that ultimate tropical lifestyle. The house is split-level. It’s been architecturally designed, and it has been created with lots of natural light, feeling of space, and more importantly a sense of well-being.
If this is what you’re after, especially privacy, peace, and just tranquillity, you’ve got a whopping five acres, and we’re at the end of a very no-through road, so absolutely sensational. Let’s go and have a look, you’re going to fall in love with it. Isn’t this just the most amazing? I said gorgeous house, gorgeous property, and the first thing that you see, we’ll get to that bit in a minute, is this. Just an amazing, amazing kitchen, absolutely beautiful. We talked about space and lots of natural light, and as soon as you come in that front door, we have got mega-high ceilings. We’ve got fans everywhere. We have got light, natural, natural light, just absolutely gorgeous. You can configure your house absolutely any way you want, of course, you can, but they’ve set it up as a living area, a little dining area, and a little reading spot, just a really beautiful, just really beautiful reading spot.
I don’t know if you can see with the light, but the gardens out there are just stunning, and I mean stunning. You could be sitting here. Well, you’re probably not going to sit here actually because we have got a fabulous balcony just right next door. We’ve got five bedrooms, and we’ve got three bathrooms. Upstairs, just for orientation, we’ve actually got two bedrooms and two bathrooms and then downstairs we’ve got another three bedrooms, a rumpus area, plus a bathroom, plus a laundry. Let’s start with the kitchen, absolutely sensational. Beautiful acacia cedar little bench top, really, really, really organic, feels gorgeous, and we’ve got a Caesarstone workspace.
It’s massive, absolutely massive, and the kitchen, it’s fresh, it’s bright, it’s neutral. We’ve got soft closed drawers, plenty of room here for a double fridge. We’ve got a massive great big cooking machine. Look at the colours. The colours are absolutely stunning, absolutely stunning. We’ve got Bosch dishwasher, so quality appliances. Now what I really love is the fact that we’ve got all these little beautiful balconies everywhere. This one, I don’t know where you would actually sit because there’s a balcony here. There’s a balcony in the bedrooms. There’s a balcony out there. There’s a balcony and patios downstairs, but we’ll just have a bit of a quick sneak peek.
You get a beautiful view. We’ll do a little, just a baby, baby, baby sneak peek just down over here for a lovely gorgeous swimming pool. As I said we’ve got five acres, so the grass is easy care, low maintenance, brilliant, brilliant entertaining. Whilst we’re here, before we go and look at the other bedrooms, we will come out because this is just glorious, absolutely glorious. Undercover, we’ve got a galvanised steel here, so maintenance, you don’t have to be a slave to it. You don’t have to keep painting it. It is just rock solid, and of course stainless steel wires there.
Look at this. Look. Shouldn’t even be showing you this because it is a bit of a sneak peek, but that is just the most amazing beautiful swimming pool. We’ve got a shade cloth sail, if you like, commercial sail up above for wind and rain and sun. Look at this. You’re sitting here. You get your tree ferns. You’ve got just the most beautiful natural, natural garden, and right down the very back we actually do have a seasonal creek. You can’t hear anything, birds, butterfly wings. It is just ultimately peaceful. Just breathe that in, and we’re going to have a quick look at those bedrooms.

It just doesn’t get any more beautiful. These doors are everywhere downstairs, easy aluminium sliding bi-folds, so this can all be completely open as we do in the tropics, or they can, of course, be completely closed. As I said up here, we’ve got two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One could actually be a guest room with a bathroom, but we’re going to– We’ll have a quick look in there, and then we’ll go to that master because you’re just going to be blown away by it. This is a big room, so remember I said it was architecturally designed.
Look at the height of the ceilings. Just have a look. I don’t know how you’re going to clean your cobwebs because they are so high, but you have a total filling of air, space, and I said at the beginning as well, natural light. Beautiful, gorgeous old-style windows, fly-screened, and now we know this little door has its own patio. That was the one that we went into from the kitchen, so you can obviously do it both ways. Then on this side, we’ve got a bathroom.
This is an original bathroom. Again we’ve got the Queenslander style casement windows, real lovely organic old-style, just lots and lots and lots of character. We’ve got a loo. We’ve got a bath in there and then, and then, [laughs] plenty of cupboard space. Remember too with that kitchen, we had cupboards galore. I don’t know if you’ve seen this when we actually came in, but we’ve got cupboards galore, drawers there. We’ve got space up there as well, and yes we’ve got the same on the other side with the kitchen. Plenty of drawers.
Now this is a bit of a drum roll. The master has got the walk-through robe plus a lovely bathroom. We’ve got a mirror here. Yes, you see me here? Coming into this room is just sensational. Again, look at the height of the ceilings. Just look at the height. You never feel like you are hemmed in and lying in bed, you are looking out to just natural rainforest. Grass, natural rainforest, easy care, but wait till you see this. If ever beautiful big mirror just here as you look at your bits in the morning. Beautiful vanity. This is just sensational.
Have a look at that vanity there. It’s marble. Very, very luxurious. Our own balcony. Huge shower. Walk-in. Remember, we don’t have shower screens. We don’t need to. We’ve got a separate loo in here. This is another balcony. Again, I don’t know if you can see. Apologies for the light because it’s a beautiful sunny day today. We’ve got the same designer, balustrading wood. Then just come out here so we can have a look. This is where we came in. We came in via the driveway. We walked in through the main door. That’s the shed, double shed up there with the big double carport. Absolutely beautiful. We’re going to have a quick look at that other room and then we’re going to head downstairs.

When I say room, I actually mean a walk-in roll. It does feel like a room. This is big. Plenty of space. You can hang up all your bits and your bobs. Of course, jump out of bed. You’ve got all your bits here. Put your clothes on. Take your clothes off at the end of the day. It’s just fabulous. Totally self-contained. We’ve got all these racks. Hanging racks. Storage racks. Absolutely sensational. I am going to meet you at the bottom of those stairs.

Sometimes you get a little bit overwhelmed by the loveliness of a place. This is just– It’s just lovely. You come down. You have got this as a view. That is just the most amazing view that you’d ever imagine at the bottom of your steps. Wooden steps again with a stainless steel wire. Down here, we’ve got our three bedrooms. We have got another bathroom. We’ve got another laundry. Our laundry. The laundry. This is a rumpus area. If you have extended family or you have people staying or you’ve got teenagers or teenagers, you can live upstairs. They can live downstairs because all the entertaining is down here. This is where you’re going to end up anyway.
Beautiful polished floors. Just lovely. I love polished floors. That takes us out to a patio. We’ll go out there. We’ve got a separate loo in here. Nice fresh modern loo. We have got another bathroom. Actually, just pop your head in there. You’ll actually see that it’s a similar style to before. We’ve got really lovely vanity. Very sort of nice black. Just come in and have another sneaky peek. We’ve got nice tiles there and of course, the casement windows just around there. Just tiled, fresh, sparkly. Almost like a cosmopolitan home. Then we’ve got our laundry in here. We don’t have any mirrors. We can come straight in so you don’t get sparkled.
Space here for putting all your washing baskets, laundry tub, another big space here. Then if you come around here, I’ll show you, we’ve got– if I close this door– we’ve actually got plenty of storage here, and we have got plenty of storage just here on the side. The three bedrooms are at this end. We’ll actually start here. I hope you’re taking in that these rooms are big. They’re not tiny rooms. They’re actually big rooms. Storage again. I’m keeping on with storage because in modern houses or sometimes architect houses, there’s not always a lot of storage, but here, every room, plenty, plenty, plenty. Magic casement windows, whole house is fully screened. These doors go out to the patio.
Another lovely room in here. Just glorious. Are you getting the sense of the natural light? It’s very light. It’s very bright. It’s very airy. Come in. Hanging up here. Again, it’s not all hemmed in, and I just love that. You will always have a special place in my heart. That’s very lovely. Very lovely. Then we’ll head out to this other one, but before we do, just I don’t know if you can see it. We’ve got a bit of a sneak peek there. Entertaining. Entertaining.
Back through the hallway. Remember too, all the rooms have got polished floors except for the wet areas, which are that nice modern sort of sparkly white tiles. This is a gym. Remember they’re just rooms, so you can do whatever you want to do with these rooms, but plenty of space for a big workout, obviously a big space for a treadmill. We have that area out there, but before we go to that pool, I’m going to keep you hanging on. We’re going to head out this way so you can see how fabulous this undercover patio area is. Light, fresh, modern. I’m going to go on about it because often houses that are split level, they can be dark.
This has just got so many windows and such– You can almost walk in and out of every single room onto a deck and just feel like you are at one with nature. Let’s head out here. Again, a little flyscreen. How brilliant, and I mean how brilliant, is this? We have got a little kitchen area for a barbecue. Everyone knows how big pool tables are, and look, it doesn’t even take up half the space. You’ve got all the space either side of it. Plenty of room. This is, again, a big massive barbecue. We’ve got room here for us playing darts. I’m not even going to try that because I’m not very good at it.
I’m sure it would probably end up busting a tyre somewhere, maybe one of the cars up on the driveway, but just beautiful entertaining. This is sensational. Look, you’re sitting here overlooking your garden, another table for more entertaining or more relaxation, but this is absolutely what feeds the soul. Just take this in, and I’m going to meet you at a swimming pool.

Absolutely sensational. Just blue sparkly sky and the most amazing green. Look at that. Beautiful tropical, tropical plants. Now, this is the reveal. This is just beautiful. Sometimes you’re a little bit lost for words. I’m very rarely lost for words, but entertaining area here. We have got our umbrella, lounges where you can just sit and relax and jump, and I mean jump, in and out, off. This blue. Come on in. This blue sparkly pool. This is unbelievably brilliant. Look at this. You could swim in that. Oh, no. Wait for it. This swimming pool is heated. Yes, you heard me correctly.
We live in the wet tropics, far north, beautiful part of Australia. In the winter, it does get a little bit chilly. We have got 6.6 kVA solar system on the roof, which means not only is it going to help with your power bills, we’ve also got free water because we are on bore, very drinkable, very gorgeous. It means that we can heat that pretty much all year round. You don’t have to heat it all year round, especially not in the summer. This is glorious. Absolutely glorious. We’ve got a little sitting area just here.
I’m going to get you just to come over there so you can just see how lovely that setting actually is. We’ve got a little step just in here, what you don’t jump in. You probably do want to jump in if you’re in chilly Canberra or chilly Melbourne or something at this time of year. This really is just lovely. It’s just– Where else? I know I keep saying this, but where else on the planet are you going to be sitting in your luxury lifestyle, architect-designed, beautiful home on your very own pristine five acres? You don’t have to put your togs on if you don’t want to, jumping in and out the swimming pool. There is no one looking in. It is ultimately private.
Just absolutely sensational. I’m just going to meet you down, and we’re going to have a quick look at the gardens.
[music] That is just the most amazing entertaining area. Now, again, we don’t have to look at all the stuff that we’ve just looked at, but we have just got entertaining, entertaining, entertaining. The garden’s five acres. I did mention about 300 times now that they are totally easy care. You can see that it’s just a little bit of grass around about the house. We’ve got this area here. We got the area up that side, but then it all becomes very natural, natural rainforest. As we head down at the back– We’ll walk there next so that you can actually see.
You can see it’s totally walkable. We got good drainage. We got easy cutting for the grass. You put your little ear pods on, and you can just relax and go for broke. Creek down the back is a seasonal creek. That just means pretty much that in the wet season you’ll get a little dribble of water, but you can actually get down there. Look how lovely and sparkly this is.
House is just a magnificent lifestyle property. You can see how big it is, big enough for the whole family, as we mentioned before. This is pretty much where the natural boundary is, and we’ve been walking for a couple of minutes now. You can just head right down there, and it will be five degrees cooler because we’re in natural rainforest. If we stand here and we have a lookup at the house, you get a sense of just how elevated it is, all those natural breezes and just all the fabulousness. We’re going to head up and we’re going to do a bit of a wrap up.

You’re in the kitchen. You’re doing what you’re doing in the kitchen, and then you come out here, and you can just sit and you can relax. We have got 6.6 kVA solar so that we can enjoy that fabulous heated pool. We’re fully flyscreened. There’s opportunity downstairs either for a short-term stay or just if you’ve got a big family. It’s a great family house. Everyone has their own little spots that they can relax.
Of course, we’re at the end of an all-through road so we have peace, we have quiet, and for the 400th time we have total privacy. This is absolutely sensational. Lost for words.
