Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin. Welcome to Number 7, Cadagi Drive in Kuranda. Fantastic, sparkly day today. We’ve got a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property on three magnificent acres. Lots of other yummy details that I’ll go into in a minute but why would you want to live here? We have the most fantastic special view. Standing on the deck and I can see for miles but let’s start off on the inside. I know you’re going to absolutely love this property.

You’ve just come in from the back deck. We’re in the central living area and just a little bit of orientation. We got a master bedroom through here that you’re just absolutely going to fall in love with. We’ve got three bedrooms, another two-way bathroom and a really big laundry down the end of the hallway. Come this way. We know my fascination with kitchens. This is absolutely beautiful. Again, my favorite color, red. Last couple of properties have had red in them. Now, we’ve got an induction cooktop. For those who don’t know anything about induction, it’s like gas but only cleaner.
You can wipe the surface when you’re done, boils beautifully, cooks really, really quickly. We’ve got lovely sliding drawers, everything actually has got sliding drawers in this kitchen, beautiful stainless steel and a view out to the garden.

I know that you’re going to fall in love with this master ensuite bedroom. It’s only about three or four years old. Just to give you an idea of the space, it’s about seven meters by about seven meters. In there, you have the most fabulous pamperous area. There’s a great big double shower. We’ve got a double vanity. Then off to the right, you’ve got a walk-in-robe and off to the left you’ve got a separate toilet. This is amazing. We’ve got telly on the wall where you can sit and watch cable TV and you would waken up in the morning with the most amazing stunning view, paradise.

This is the most magical, entertaining lifestyle. I’m not keep going on about these things but it feeds the soul. We’ve got beautiful barbie area. We’ve got these gabion walls. Now, I don’t know if anyone knows about gabion walls but the amount of love and energy, walk this way, the amount of love and energy that goes into these constructions, absolutely huge. We lean down and the walls go all the way down to the bottom.
I mentioned what on three acres we’ve got about an acre and a half that’s cleared and about another acre and a half that goes over at that way.
That’s all rainforest. We’ve got quite a long frontage. We’ve actually got two driveways. First one comes up to the house. Then the second one actually leads us down into the garden which is where we’re going to head off to now. We’ll go this way and down the stairs.

We’ve just come down the stairs and for people who got plenty of toys or plenty of hobbies, we’ve got a double garage on concrete. Now, it does have power. We’ve got a two bay carport that you can put your car or your tinny into. We’ve got a brand-new, 20-foot shipping container that you can do whatever you want with. Hopefully, you can see those fantastic gabion walls. They just add such a lovely organic, yummy feel with the whole property. Of course, you’re sitting up there with the most majestic views. Let’s have a look at the garden.
We’re in the garden and we’ve got this beautiful little veggie patch. It’s a little bit steep down here so just be careful as you come down. We’ve got fruit trees. We’ve got mango. It looks like a mango. It looks lovely, little buds on it. Hopefully, we’ll get some mangoes soon and fantastic tomato crop. I’ve got aubergines and I’ve got corn. This is a corn. How wonderful, we’ve actually got corn growing. How fantastic is that?

Just to recap, we have got, apart from the amazing stunning views, we’ve got a steel construction house that it just comes with the glowing building and pest report as you would expect. We’ve got four bedrooms and we’ve got two bathrooms. The master, seven by seven. You really could not ask for anything bigger and more luxurious than that. We’re also on its own water. We’ve actually got a bore. The bore is about 73 meters deep which means the water is just beautifully crisp and lovely and gorgeous and clear.
