Angela Martin: I’m Angela Martin and welcome to number seven Cadagi drive in Kuranda. I’m going to cut straight to the chase. Why would you buy this property? Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful views. We are about just over three acres 3.6 acres and the land is magic because we have got the luxury of a rain forest on one side and about one and a half acres cleared just as we see here, but we’ll come down and we’ll have a look at that in a lot more detail in a little minute. Let’s go inside and have a look.

Welcome into your new home. Now we’re going to do a little bit of orientation. We have that fabulous lifestyle area outside that decked area. There’s actually a hammock that strings up there so you could just imagine relaxing. We’ll go back out there in a little minute. We’ve come into the dining area, we’ve got kitchen, we’ve got master bedroom with fabulous en-suite and we have the main living area.
You’ll notice a brilliant sunken lounge just adds to that organic comfy homely feel that this home actually offers. Down through the kitchen into the hallway we’ve got another three bedrooms and a laundry and the bathroom at the end actually is two-way, so whoever sleeps in the bedroom has got pretty much their own little en-suite. Kitchen, absolutely gorgeous and of course, red my favorite color. We’ve got this brilliant red splash-back. Induction cook-top. For those that don’t really know much about induction, it’s like gas but only cleaner.
So, it comes straight up, straight down so it is instant and were looking out into the gorgeous Gardens. I don’t know if you can see this through the glass but, you can just imagine washing up, not that you have to do because we’ve actually got a dishwasher, but the outside gardens, the rain-forest, the color it’s all coming in. Absolutely lovely space and of course, pretty much the whole kitchen is soft-close drawers, just amazing.
Let’s go in and have a look at the master en-suite.

The master en-suite really is vast. I use that word because when you come in from the living area you feel like you’re in your own little oasis. It’s about seven meters that way by about seven meters that way. The really fabulous thing is, I probably shouldn’t sit on this bed because it is just so gorgeous. You can imagine waking up in the morning and I know you probably can’t see that but we were outside previously and you have those fabulous views out to mountains, out to the rain-forest and of course, it is a 1,000% private. We’ve got screens, we’ve got air conditioning and we’ve also got a telly that if you just fancy on a Sunday morning, just lying and relaxing you can either look at that view or you can look at that view.
To add to that we’ve got a brilliant, big walk-in en-suite, beautiful big double shower, separate toilet, and a walk-in robe. It is just luxury.

This is the other wing of the house. We’ve come up bedroom, bedroom and this is the bedroom that has actually got the two-way bathroom so again if you had guests or family staying or family who lives here normally, you’ve got a great little separate area where they’ve got their own independence. We’ve got a separate toilet and of course the laundry. Come this way and have a look.

This is another little hidden oasis. We come through the front door, it seems a bit strange, but we have tradesmen’s entrances and front door entrances but we’ve come out through the living-room area. This is completely fenced so if you have got little ones, or if you’ve got little pet animals, this really is a nice easy secure place. You could almost just imagine too, putting in a little paddling pool or plunge pool because we’ve got beautiful shade from the rainforest and the gorgeous gardens that are round here. Let’s go back out to the back entertaining area and we’ll go down into the gardens and have a look.

This is passionfruit but this is not what we’re going to talk about. These are, you probably already know this, but these are called gabion walls. The amount of love, attention effort, and energy that actually goes into creating one of these is unbelievable. You can just imagine the effort, more than all the other words that I just used. We’ve actually got gabion walls that go all the way down into the garden. Of course, they’re just a fabulous centre piece for the barbie area, just the entertaining area that is just here. We will go downstairs and we’ll have a look at them in a little bit more detail and have a wander around the glorious gardens.

At the bottom of the stairs, this is where we were and as you can see, we have got these beautiful caged walls called gabions. We’ve got the passion fruit. I’ve seen beautiful passion fruit before, just absolutely dripping through and of course, we’ve got some gorgeous flower and vines as well. This really is a real organic, yummy feel to the garden. Again, the sun shining, we’ve even got magnificent views from down here and we have all this glorious color, let’s go down and have a look.

One of the things that you may have noticed at the very beginning of the video is that we’ve actually got two entrances. There’s the entrance, the main entrance that comes up to the house and under the carport, and then there’s also another entrance, which, I don’t know if we can see it from here, is just down a little bit and it means that we can easily get into this back section.
So, we have got a double lock-up garage, it does have power and it is on concrete. So, super-duper handy. We’ve also got a 20-foot shipping container for storage or again, whatever else you want to use it for, but that’s only a couple of years old, and we’ve got a double carport. We’ve got a fabulous looking mini minor in there. Just gorgeous, but again, you can use it for whatever you want, but again, I’m going to on about it. We are out in the most amazing sparkly gardens. We’ve got fruit trees behind us which we’re going to have a look at, beautiful green grass and it is a 1,000% private.

I really hope you’ve enjoyed this tour at number seven Cadagi Drive in Kuranda, and again, as we started at the beginning, I can’t go on enough about how beautiful that view actually is. It’s everywhere. You can see it from the garden, you see it from the balcony, you see it from the bedroom and of course, we have got an amazing breeze that goes with it. So, bear with me and we’ll do a little bit of a recap. Views, of course, we’re on about 3.6 acres and we have this beautiful mostly rainforested property, but the bit that is cleared and enjoyable is lush, and it’s green, and it’s colorful.
We’ve got shed, which has got power, double lock-up garage and of course a great shipping container for whatever you want to use it for, and that double carport. Now, the inside of the house, its actually a steel framed low maintenance house. We got a four bedrooms and we got a two bathrooms and sparkly blue sky. It’s air-conditioned, it’s got screens, it’s got two entrances. You’ll just fall in love with it. I know that you will.
