Angela Martin: Hi. I’m Angela Martin and welcome to number six Hilltop Close in Kuranda. This property is just it’s stunning. It is lifestyle plus as about 500 square meters under roof, it is massive. We have two main living wings, but as the address would indicate, hilltop, we have the most amazing views pretty much wherever you look out of your living areas we have stunning stunning views. Let’s go ahead and have a look. You are going to absolutely fall in love with this property.

Welcome into the main living wing if you like, we would just love to do a little bit of orientation, now the first thing that you would have noticed when you came in the front door was the beautiful wrought iron door, plus the lead light windows. That’s a recurring theme all the way through the house. Bear with me we have in this wing main living area, kitchen, dining we have got fantastic views out there but we will go out and have a look at them later and then off to the side here we have got the master bedroom with a huge huge ensuite. Again, and I’m not going to apologize for it they have fantastic views.
Off to the side we have got another bedroom. You’ll notice new another wrought iron door here, that takes us through to that separate wing that’s got three bedrooms, the bathroom living area, we’ll talk about that in a minute. We’ve got huge laundry and a toilet. What’s to explore, let’s go and have a wonder.

Hopefully, you can already get a sense of the lifestyle field that this property actually has to offer. Now in the kitchen, it’s completely open, we’ve got access to beautiful little pot-bellied wood-burning stove, we have got a dining area, which I gained has got fantastic views. I’m pretty excited about it, we’re actually going to have a look at that pretty soon.
Cupboard space unbelievable number of cupboards in this whole house, even when we came through the hallway, there’s cupboards, living room area there there’s cupboards, we’ve got pantry and we’ve got the entrance over as I said to the other wing just through here and massive undercover deck. Let’s go out onto that balcony, I’m going to show you these views.

It’s very rare that I’m lost for words, but you will hopefully have to agree this view is stunning. I used the word a lot on this property because where you look at things lead lights stunning, the views stunning, the wrought iron doors are stunning, but this unless you’re here, it’s difficult to imagine how it feels. We’ve got green, we’ve got hills, we’ve got rain forests, it’s a thousand percent private and you can hear the birds and probably the butterfly wings too.
Just at the beginning, we actually had the other little deck that’s just up a bit and that’s on the main master bedroom, we will have a look at that. Of course the kitchen entertaining area straight under the deck what is not to love.

Come on up to the master bedroom, again we’ve got that same view that we’ve seen before and you can just imagine lying in bed or in the bath, which we’ll have a look at and you still have that same view, come in and have a look.

I mentioned the laundry was really, really, really big and this is probably one of the biggest laundry’s I have seen. Now again mentioned storage, huge cupboard, beautiful lead light window behind us and as you can see, it is supremely functional and of course it leads out onto that gorgeous little courtyard that we seen when we came in the front door at the beginning. Let’s go into that other wing, it’s actually massive again.

Let’s go into this other wing, again please notice these gorgeous wrought iron, they’re just– the doors are beautiful and on the way through is another massive deck overlooking the other part of the property. This is a house in itself, we’ve got a bedroom, with a little deck we have got a living room with a deck. We’ve got another two bedrooms one here and one here, but this bathroom, oh my goodness let’s have a look at this bathroom.
One of the biggest yummy luxury bathrooms that you will find anywhere. Not that you need it but things like heated towel roll, you’ve got beautiful stone bench tops just perfect for when you want to put your perfect toothbrush or your perfect makeup part. It really does feel lovely and luxury like we’ve got a bath we’ve got a fabulous big walk-in shower. I love these glass doors but talk about letting the outside in these doors are bi-fold doors, they open out completely. You really could just imagine being in your own little oasis in this fabulous part of the world and feeling like life doesn’t get any better than this.

You really could have family or friends or just a really large extended family as you can hopefully now see, the two beings really aren’t quite separate. Of course, we’ve got all these beautiful little rock gardens and plants everywhere you look, but this as I mentioned before is one of the other living area decks and it is gorgeous, it’s big, it’s undercover.
You’re not going to get where even in the wettest of rain seasons. Beautiful area here for your Barbie it’s got tiles and stainless steel, you can wash all the little splashes. Of course, we’ve got the view out the back which was the same view that we had from the bedroom, the ensuite line in your bath with bubbles. Of course the dining area. It is just stunning.

We’re going to head back outside now. One of the things that you would have noticed as we walked through the house is gorgeous slate tiles. They are everywhere, beautiful and cool on the feet and of course supremely organic. Now, before we go down into the garden and look at the shades underneath, I just wanted to let you know this double carport is– well, it’s huge, it’s oversize, as are the ceilings on the inside of the house. They’re really, really high. Storage, we mentioned storage and we have an office, or you can call it whatever you want, but currently used as an office over on this side, and it has the most amazing views. Go check it out.

We’re at the back of the property and as you can see we’ve got, this would be where the dining area is. That’s one of the big massive corner decks. We have got the living room deck, and upstairs we’ve actually got the master bedroom deck. That one, the little up there in the corner is where that gorgeous little red office was. Hopefully, you can see that all of these houses, obviously all of these windows from the house, actually look out onto the mountains and the trees.
We mentioned storage. We have got huge storage just off to the side there. Two great big rooms, plus another great big room there. Have a quick look at that and we’ll head back up into the house.

I really hope you’ve enjoyed the tour of number six Hilltop Close in Kuranda. Hopefully, you will have gotten a real good feel for how just yummy this property actually is. Bear with me, I’m going to do a little bit of a recap. We’re standing on the little oasis area if you like, from one of the bedrooms, we’ve come out the laundry and then we’ve got a wing there. This is a little central position and it is just, it’s delightful, but the house, in essence, is five bedrooms, plus the office on the outside if that’s what you want to use it for, and of course we have the most amazing views and it is a hundred percent private.
We’ve got a circular driveway, so you can drive in and back out again without having to reverse your cars or your toys. We’ve got huge great big double carport. We have got solar panels on the roof, so we have solar electricity. Fabulous for those who are environmentally conscious. The property is just amazing. High ceilings, but the views, you are going to fall in love with this property, pure and simply for those views. They really are to die for.
