I’m not going to make any apologies as we go through this video. We’re going to do a little bit of orientation but it is all about the views, it’s all about those beautiful cool breezes that you can see as we walk up into what is the main part, the living area.
Orientation, the first thing you feel and I mean feel when you actually come into the house is that it is calm, it is light, and it’s bright but it has a really gorgeous homely feel. It’s a lovely family home. I mentioned that it’s first time to market. It’s actually been designed to have two pavilions and we’ll walk from where we’ve just come up from the beach through pavilion one, main living area into central courtyard which has got a beautiful little swimming pool and over onto pavilion number two, which has another main living area and out onto the double lock up garage and laundry. Let’s go for a little bit of a wander.
As we go up here, we’ve got the master wing which is glorious. We will go up there and have a look but we have main living. We’ve obviously got doors out to the patio. We’ve got a kitchen over here, swimming pool in the middle, toilet just as we came in and then the other pavilion has got two bedrooms, lovely little comfy sitting nook or office nook and a gorgeous marble bathroom and of course laundry. Let’s go upstairs, let’s have a look at the master en suite because it’s just to die for and then we’ll have a wander through rest of house.

Come on up. This is the master en suite wing. It’s difficult to actually use words. It’s difficult to describe until you’re actually here but we’ve got a bed, very comfy bed. Come on this way so we can have a look. You can just imagine lying in bed and where the sky and the water actually meet. You could just imagine sunrise, it would be unbelievably breathtaking.
You can hear the waves. Full moon night, you could only imagine what that might look like, between the palm trees, something that you want to take a photograph of or create a postcard and send it to all your family and friends but this little breakfast balcony is just divine. Brekkie in the morning, just sitting and having a look, reading a book. It’s unbelievable. Let’s come and have a look.
The breeze and the views are amazing. We’ve got entertainment area underneath. Who in earth would actually sit at a dining table when you could have family and friends dine there on the patio overlooking there. It is just to die for. Amazing.

The view is to die for and where else would you actually have a dressing room, a relaxing sitting room. This side here, we’ve actually got a walk-in robe, cedar clad, very lovely indeed and the most magical marble and I mean real marble en suite. We’ve got beautiful marble on the walls, we’ve got beautiful marble on the floor, and we have a brilliant great big double shower. Again, just imagine the luxury. It’s like living in the Sheraton resort or the Hilton resort in some tropical gorgeous island somewhere. Just unbelievable. We’re going to go back downstairs and we’re going to walk-a-by through the kitchen and then out into the central area with that gorgeous little swimming pool.

We have a gorgeous open plan kitchen with this amazing servery that goes out into again the swimming area. That is 1000% private. We are going to go out there and have a look and we’re also going to go back out into the beach a little bit later on and just give you some more of those gorgeous beautiful views and a little bit of idea about where we actually are in the world. Again, family, friends cooking straight out there drinks or, of course, it’s not as if we don’t have any options for luxury entertaining.
We mentioned that we were working from the back or the beach side up all the way through to Hibiscus Lane. If you had your car, you could come in through the garage at the end of the pavilion or we come through this gorgeous little courtyard and the whole property is actually fully fenced. It’s also air conditioned and fully fenced so if you’ve got little dogs or animals or young children, you just don’t have to worry about it. Let’s have a look at that. Straight in, again, private. I cannot emphasize how private this property is.
I keep going about it and I don’t make any apologies, it’s like a tropical resort. We’ve got beautiful calm off white colors, we’ve got rendered walls, we’ve got wrought iron, we’ve got beautiful terracotta all the way through the house, and you really can just take all your clothes off and jump into the pool. Amazing.

This is coming into the second pavilion. You probably noticed when we had a look at the swimming pool, little comfy lounger chair, we’ve actually got access from the bedroom that again looks out onto the pool which is just divine. I keep going on about it but it just adds to that lifestyle resort luxury but cozy, comfy feel. Pavilion two, love the color. Gorgeous calm corn flowery color. We’ve got a reading nook or little living nook, one bedroom. We got another bedroom or an office, whatever you want to be, and in here are fabulous again fully marbled big bathroom. Laundry at the back that you can obviously hang your clothes out to the side and then through the door at the very end, we have got that double lock up garage. Let’s have a bit of a look through here.
You can just imagine all your family or friends coming to stay. You would be the envy and you would always be inundated with visitors. I can guarantee it but let’s go have a look and then we’ll head out into the lane.

Here we are at the front of the property on Hibiscus Lane, an absolutely sleepy little lane. It only has one-way traffic, so you’re more likely to be bowled over probably by somebody walking their dog than an actual car. The only thing that you can hear is the ocean, and the rustle of the palm trees. It really is absolutely quiet and peaceful. I mentioned at the beginning that we have got lock up garage, double lock up garage, and, of course, space enough for two other cars, open space. Again, beautiful, gorgeous tropical private feel. We’re going to head back down to the beach, and we’re going to go along the beautiful little pathway, and then back into that area with the wrought iron and the pool, and I’m going to see you at the other end.

We’ve just walked all the way through the highest. Again, those beautiful, cool, sea breezes are unbelievable. You really seriously have to be here. It’s probably about 35 degrees generally outside. In here it feels well It’s not 35 degrees, it’s way cooler. We can hear the lapping of the ocean, but the location, Holloways Beach, we’re literally about 10 minutes to Cairns International Airport. Again, I mentioned at the beginning about taking my shoes off, and I’m really resisting the temptation to do that, but we can walk five, six doors along to a licensed cafe.
We can have breakfast, probably not with a wine, but we could have brekkie, we can have lunch, we can have dinner. Again, you have friends or family visiting from overseas or interstate, and you just take your shoes off, five o’clock, six o’clock, seven o’clock because the sun’s going down and walk along the water’s edge to a lovely relaxing cafe spot, and of course you’ve always got the entertaining area there. I just want you to take half a minute and just again take in the views before we go. It is stunning.
