We are to get free electricity or not very much electricity. What a bonus?

We’ve just come in through the pool gate into this magnificent pool area. Just over there, we’ve actually got a spa. I counted it before, I reckon you could get eight people in that spa. It’s all beautifully stoned. On a beautiful warm day like today, you really could jump in for a dip. With these verandas, you could sit and you could create this lifestyle area, look at the pool. The verandas are huge. It’s hard to believe but this is about 17 meters long. The bit down the sides, there’s about 27 meters long. You heard 27-meter long verandas. Just glorious.

It’s super easy to fall in love with this property. We’re at the bottom of the garden now at the creek. Let me just recap, there’s a lot to recap. Six and a half acres approximately. We’re completely surrounded by rainforest. It seems to go for miles and miles. I’ll just jump over here. We’ve got beautiful water holes. We’ve got tracks all the way through the garden.
We’ve come along this beautiful walkway, rain forest both sides, and of course we’ve got Jumrum Creek that runs all the way down the bottom of the garden. It’s still got plenty of water in it.
