I’m beyond excited about sharing, showing this fabulous lifestyle property, which has just had no expense spared on it to create and develop the ultimate lifestyle dream. I can guarantee that behind this fabulous handmade electric gate, there is something on the property for every single member of the family, including about 4,400 square meters.
That’s 4,400 square meters, which is over an acre of low maintenance tropical gardens. It is fabulous. Location is brilliant and you’re seriously going to fall in love with this property. This is just beyond description. The driveway seems to go on for miles and miles and miles. Of course, what you will notice is that we have a sealed bitumen driveway and these amazing rock walls that say, “Welcome home,” very grounding, very resort-like. Of course, in the background, you just can’t help but hear and notice what is actually– it’s actually a plunge pool.
You could use it as a pond but it is just the most fabulous, fabulous entrance to your new home, beautiful five-bedroom, two bathroom, oasis behind these brilliant, again, handmade bespoke doors. Let’s go and have a look and breathe in the Zen as we go through.

Come on into this just magical, magical oasis. Now, this is probably going to be a very long video so I’m going to actually have to probably cut almost everything because there’s just so much exciting stuff to go through. When you come in, you’ll notice we had the gate and then we had the entrance portico, very fancy-schmancy design, a beautiful, beautiful, handmade ironwork.
It follows through onto– look at this window, all beautifully fly screened and the window behind us as well. This is glorious. We’re going to do a little bit of orientation. We’ve come in great, big, long driveway, bitumen, beautiful rock feature walls that go all the way around the garden. You can imagine, drum roll, great entrance area. Then we come into a living and a kitchen.
We have got three bedrooms, and a bathroom on this side, and a master with a walk-in robe and ensuite plus another bedroom or office on that side. This is beyond expectation. It’s beyond excitement. Jamie Oliver would love this kitchen. Jamie Oliver would probably want to have a kitchen just like this. I did mention at the beginning, no expense has been spared in the whole of this magical, magical property.
Lights, look at that, fabulous all the way along the bottom. You only see that in Home Beautiful magazines. Stainless steel benchtops, so you’re not going to get, “Oh, don’t chop on the Laminex.” “Oh, don’t chop on the granite.” This is bulletproof, so again, brilliant functionality. Then there’s the cooking machine that I think if you were to Google how much one of these would cost, I think you would get absolute shock. I think about $8,000 or $10,000, an absolutely beautiful Smeg cooking machine.
Smeg extraction hood, looks and feels fabulous. Then, of course, we’ve got a Smeg dishwasher. Check this out, this is all integrated stainless steel so it really is like a commercial kitchen where you can be sloshing and doing all your bits and bobs, and you don’t have to worry about water going everywhere, plus the most amazing view out to the hills, but we’ll have a look at that as we go through into the living area.
This is just magical. We’ve got soft close drawers everywhere we look. We got fabulous– plenty of space for a pantry, big pantry. It’s just luxury, it just feels absolutely brilliant. Before we go in and head into the living area because we’re at the side of the house, we’ll just poke a little head into a couple of bedrooms and of course, the bathroom, but this nook over here, beautiful. It’s like you could read a little meditation spot, a little relaxation spot, it just works.
The other thing I forgot to mention is these fans, if we just have to look up here, these are not your common garden Bunnings fans. Again, if you Google them, I did say no expense spared, and I will go on about this throughout the whole of this video, they’re about $800 or $900 each, so magical, enjoy them. Let’s have a look at the bedrooms, and then I’m going to meet you back in the living area.

Before I meet you in the living room, I know I keep changing my mind because it just all becomes too exciting, I’m going to show you the bathroom and hopefully, you’ll have noticed one of the key things when people are buying a property is lack of storage space. We had great big double robes, beautiful, great, big glass robes in that bedroom. We’d got robes on either side of that bedroom.
Big robes on this side and did you see that mezzanine level, fabulous for kids in the family. You’ve got these little steps that go up and you can just put your little bunk bed or your little play area, fairy princess area up on top, and of course, that’s got air conditioning as well. Fabulous. Bathroom, again, if we have a look at the little luxury items, we’ve got fossil, beautiful fossil hand basins, his and hers.
We’ve got a shower, we’ve got a bath, brilliant bath. Again, just behind here, we have got, believe it or not, slidey, not walk-in robes, but just brilliant cupboards. Now, I am actually going to meet you at the living room. I just love these fans. They are an absolute dream, they just blow in so much here. Living area, brilliant potbelly stove. We spoke about the property having pretty much something for every member of the family. This is a little bit of a baby tease. What we’re going to see out there, it’s just phenomenal. What we’re going to see downstairs is an almost completed expansion project just in case five bedrooms and two bathrooms are not quite big enough. Drum roll, let’s head out here. This is a very exciting little remote. Potbelly, like I said, brilliant in the winter.
The views, oh, my goodness, the views. This is beyond magic. The whole property it’s about, like I said 4,400 square meters so it’s massive. It’s over an acre but you feel like you’re on two acres, three acres because it’s like a sanctuary. It feels like an absolute private sanctuary. Pop your eyes over there. Let’s just do it, let’s just do it. If this is not the ultimate in luxury lifestyle, well, I’ll probably eat my hat. I don’t have a hat but if I did have one, I would eat it. We’re going to get down there and we’re going to have a look.
Another thing that you’ll notice is that when we pop ahead over here, we actually have, as I mentioned, or teased concrete down underneath, an almost completed extension to an already massive house. This is brilliant. This is a little Barbie entertaining area. Again, from an orientation point of view, we can see the rock walls go all the way around, they go all the way around. We follow the concrete path all the way round and it takes us to the swimming pool.
Great, big garage shed for the man of the family perhaps, and a brilliant, great big greenhouse again for the green thumbs or whatever you would want to use it for. You’re saying, “Angela, what are these? Why have you got this thing in your hand?” Well, these screens, if you stand over here you actually need to stand here for the excitement. You’re going to go in here we have this little remote and we have an all or one, two, three, four, five and that relates to–
How brilliant and I mean how brilliant is that? Well, you don’t have to worry about having to look along but we can control all the screens. Of course, they go all the way down to the bottom or you can have them halfway. If you’ve got wind, if you’ve got rain or you’ve got sun and you just don’t want to be dealing with any of it, you have ultimate control. How brilliant is that? There is another remote that remotes all the lights in the pool but we’re not even going to go there. That’s just a whole other exciting half-hour episode so views just lifestyle plus. We’re going to head to the master bedroom and then we’re going to look into the gardens.

I did forget to mention but I’ll never forget we always get there in the end but the fly screens that we’ve seen on the living room, the whole house is fly screened. I don’t know if you can see this but as we close this door, actually all the windows in the house are tinted. Again, it reflects the heat. We have this beautiful cool house. Of course, the fans, love the fans. Now, walk-in robe, another drum roll. This is huge. Plenty plenty plenty of space in here for pretty much everything that you would own.
Again, cupboards are just not even remotely an issue. Then we have got this brilliant, I mean brilliant, great big shower, great big drain. You could be six and a half foot tall and you would still get that beautiful rainforest shower feel. The same thing, we’ve got these his and hers fossil hand basins. They just look great and of course with a class top loo mirrors with the cupboards on the walls and again, natural light. This is just absolutely magic.
We’re going to head back at that front door and we’re going to explore those gardens and the resort swimming pool, oh, my God.

The sanctuary feel is beyond description. Everyone knows that when you come onto a property, it has a very specific and a very distinctive feel. This one, it just has an energy. I go on about these rock walls that all the way from the top one, two, three, four high. Imagine the love and the passion and the energy that has gone into creating this, and I use the word 100 times more, an oasis, because it is an oasis, beautiful plants, Heliconias.
What we’re going to do, I’m going to show us and share a little plan. We’re going to look at the shed. We’re going to look at the greenhouse. The garden goes all the way round that way and we go from bitumen sealed driveway to concrete pathways. Then we are going to have a look under the house at that almost completed project. Like I said, at least we’ve got five bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs and we’ve got plenty more space downstairs. This is brilliant, absolutely brilliant.
A little posi up there that we have space for a little tiny house or a little granny flat shed and got my little remote. We love the remotes in here. Oops, I’ll have a bit of a sticky beak in there. Then we have got the shade house. Oh, my goodness, we have the shade house. This external laundry it’s powered, plenty of space for you to do anything that you would like to do, but oh, my goodness, when we talk about lifestyle, and I mean lifestyle. Look at this greenhouse. You could have this as a little germination area, little pottery shed as in putting up all your gorgeous little plants. Oh, just watch your step here.
Again, stainless steel benches. I’m in love with this. I have envy, potting mix protected from the sun. Look at these beautiful– again, we have got a concrete path. Everywhere we walk you’re not going to get mud on your feet or mud on your shoes. It is beautifully sculpted. Then, of course, we’ve got a little garden beds. Just in case you forget what your plants names are, we could actually put them in there on chalk. Again, a little lights that just helped with the whole growing and that looks like corn but is mother’s herb, very good for your stomach for your tummy.
Just if you have green fingers and again, we’ll talk about the members of the family so fabulous house for the whole family. We’ve got potting shade house for again, any member of the family, we’ve got a little garage for the cars of the family. Then we have got an almost completed renovation or extension of the house underneath and we will have a look at that. We’re going to have a quick walk around and we’re going to go to the pool. Then we’re going to head and have a look at that extension.
Now, idea was if you wanted to add some extra dollars or you could grow your plants, look at this. They are fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. There was provision here. Well, obviously, it could be a little basketball court for the kids, provision up here for little tiny house, or Airbnb granny flat. This is where you can see again no expense has been spared. Beautiful, beautiful plants, bitumen, bitumen rock wall extraordinaire. Then we have these brilliant little steps that go up onto that platform, all the power’s there. Again, it’s not going to cost you anything just– Well, of course, it’s going to cost you something to put in a little tiny house. The provision is there for everything that you would need. Just no apologies for making note of. Look at these rock walls. Just look at these rock walls. Unbelievable. It’s fully fenced. We have. like I said before, ultimate, ultimate privacy. Palm trees, we’ve got a little bit of open grassy area there. You can pop your bit down over there.
I’ll just come over here. We’ve got– look at these Heliconias, they are just the ultimate in tropical lifestyle. Look at this. Just look at this. Sexy pink, I think is– maybe non-sexy pink and bamboo. It’s just fabulous, absolutely fabulous. We have come round this part that can still be developed. People like to put their own little stamp on the property. Then we get to the pool. Oh my goodness, we get to the pool. We just have a little bit of a sneak peek up here as to the almost finished extension.
Again, that will just become a massive, massive house. If ever there was a drum roll, this would be the drum roll. Come on in. Come on in. Come on in. We have banana loungers, we have pot plants. This, I’ve left this deliberately, almost to the end because it is just– there are no words to describe it. Now, if you had to go on holiday if you wanted to just go nowhere for a year and become self-sufficient, feel like you’re really on a tropical oasis, oh, this would keep you here forever.
Now, we have an adult’s area here so come on over here. Adult area, beach area for the kids and that is about three meters deep at that end so great for jumping in circle, little dive-bombing, just joyous fun. Then, believe it or not, we have roughly 14 meters. You have a lap pool. You got a lap pool where you can swim. You can do your jumping, kids can frolic around in here, mom and dad can sit there at the end of the day and just enjoy that gorgeous glass of wine, champagne coffee, or tea, whatever it is, but it’s breathtaking.
It’s absolutely breathtaking. Just breathe it in, and then we’re going to have a quick look at the potential for finishing off that extension. Then we’re going to do a wrap-up.

Isn’t that resort pool unbelievably fabulous? Now, this extension is pretty much done. You might not think it’s pretty much done but the idea is to have possibly two families, two huge houses if you like within the same property. Look at this view. We’re all going to share the same view. All the concrete thing’s done, all the steelwork has been done all the toilet flushes. Here’s the thing, I need to prove to you we have a flushing loo.
You could leave this as is or you could just spend a little bit of extra energy and put in your ceiling, a little bit of framing, and of course your doors, tiling if you want to. You don’t even have to or you could just have it as a brilliant outdoor entertaining area. The idea is that this is the great big living. We’ve got a couple of extra big rooms and they’re big rooms. They’re massive rooms. Look done, done, done. Absolutely fabulous.
Then, of course, we have the area under here that ties into the pool. We came along here pools in here. Then we have a terraced area where you could put in your banana plantation. You could put in your fruit tree plantation. Again, all that heavy-duty hard work has been done. Imagine two of the bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, storage, all sharing that fabulous view. We are going to head back down to the pool and we’re going to wrap up.

We spoke about remotes before. We’ve got remote blinds. We have got a pool light switch, we just have the most amazing light show of an evening. The whole driveway has beautiful evening, garden light.
You would be coming home at the end of the day and it would just be thank you. I’m home. I’m safe. I’m in my sanctuary, an amazing oasis. Of course, the location, but 14-meter lap pool, three-meter deep jumping in at the other end, beach for the kids, love little spot for mom and dad it is a big family home still with so much potential. Of course, the location is absolutely brilliant. There’s just too much to go on about. You’ve seen it. You’ve touched it. You’ve felt it. It is just a brilliant lifestyle property.
