Angela: This is definitely a wow. Now, we will get to all of the individual mini apartments, and that’s exactly what they are. They’re mini apartments. We’re going to get to that in just a minute, but we’re going to head through into the most amazing, and I mean, the most amazing living space. Now, you could probably get three normal houses just in this living room alone. The kitchen is through there. We’ll have a look at the kitchen. We’ve got this, this is beyond brilliant. This is a pure functioning, put your feet up, have a glass of wine at the end of the day, or entertain your friends.
If you wanted space for entertaining, how’s about we have this bar where you can just come up and say, “Oh, coffee maestro, please,” or, “Just shake me one of those lovely cocktails,” or it could be a herb smoothie, whatever you want, or a fruit smoothie. Remember, we’ve got, we’re going to have a look at that in a minute, the orchard that we just haven’t got to yet. Games room, games area, entertaining. It’s just lifestyle. We’ve got slate floors everywhere we look. The whole property is tiled, and then we come out. Oh, actually, before we go, I’ll just quickly show you in here.
Come in here. We’ve got plenty for the man in the family who likes to entertain. We’ve got beautiful granite bench tops here. These are organic wood, probably from the property way back, and we’ve got a fridge. Again, plenty of space, just unbelievable. Then we come out to here. Oh, my goodness. This is spectacular. Now, I’m not going to walk this deck because it’ll take me probably 15 minutes to measure it for us, but it is just beyond massive. We’ve got plenty of undercover if you have a look up here, so we can sit out here on the warmest of days, the wettest of days, the coolest of days.
I just want you to breathe this in genuinely. This is spectacular, absolutely spectacular. When we’ve gone through and had a look at little mini apartments, we’re actually going to head out into the garden. We’ve got a bamboo over there, so we can get down to– We’ve got river access. The river actually is not necessarily on the property, but it’s very close to the property, so you can walk down there. You can swim all year round. If you had your family here, you can jump in pretty much any time, all day, every day. This is just beautiful. Brilliant spot over there just for contemplation and relaxation, but you just have to take this in.
I will actually do a little quick bit of orientation before we head back through and have a look at the mini apartments. We’ve got apartments, that section over there. We’ve got our commercial kitchen, which is down through over this side. We’ve got some toilets and bathrooms, and another apartment at the other end. About eight mini apartments. I call them mini apartments because they all have their own bathroom and about six of them, they’ve all got their own kitchen. Remember I said at the beginning, absolutely multi-generational, but definitely income producing. All of the infrastructure is here if you want it as part of the purchase. Let’s go in and have a look at those fabulous little apartments.

Angela: Are you starting to get the picture about how irreplaceable and enchanting this amazing building actually is? Apparently, I haven’t counted them, but I think we have got roughly 32 Gothic arches, and they are actually all different because we have bricks from Brickworks Road, one of the original brickworks in the area, and they were all local source bricks. If we have a look here, it’s a different color, again, different color. We’ve got the bricks here that have all been chopped by hand. It’s just irreplaceable. Now, we’re not going to go into every single one of the apartments.
They are all massive, and they’re all different. We’re going to just put our head in and out a couple of them, so you get a really fabulous feel. We’ll come back and have a look in here. It’s just, where do you actually start? It’s just like I said, there’s too many of them to actually have a look. These stained glass windows, look at this. This is just beautiful. This will give you a brilliant sense of the size. Each of the rooms, we’ve got about 10 air conditioners in the whole property. They all heat, and they all cool. We’ve got these brilliant, warm, beautiful walls.
We’ve got fabulous stained glass windows. This all takes us out to where we’re just at the deck. That’s the veranda that goes along from the deck. We’ve got, as I said, brilliant kitchen facilities. We’ve got lovely bathrooms. Plenty of just self-sufficiency. You can come in here. You might never come out ever again. Look at these. Look at the art. This is just beyond beautiful. We’re going to head and have a look at the next one. If you want something with two rooms in it, go have a look in there for the bigger family.

Angela: I especially love this little fairy princess room. This is one of the kids’ bedrooms, and it is just absolutely joyous. It’s got little fairy princess things all over. Come in, have a look here. We’ve got a big bathroom, really big bathroom. Love all these doors. We’ve got the shower, we’ve got the loo, and of course, this is another little two-bedroom one with the, look at this, stained glass windows, with those brilliant stained glass windows, and these fabulous, fabulous beams. I love this room.

Angela: This is another really big room. Again, we’re just going to be nice and quick here. We’ve got a bedroom over there and a big bathroom. Remember, all your family and friends can just come visit. They got plenty of places to stay. You could have 10 families living here, and they would all have the space to be in their own little world. Absolutely unbelievable. Now, we are going to head to the very end, and I’m going to show the big apartment at that end, and one last really big apartment at the other end.

Angela: There are cupboards everywhere too. I did mention that big space in there. That’s a big area where you can keep your linen dehumidifier, massive, massive storage. When we go through the kitchen, you’ll see there’s unbelievable amounts of storage. This is one of the other really– I love this room. This is a beautiful room. Again, they’ve all got two-way access, and internal from the balcony and then external from the balcony on that side, but what a beautiful, beautiful space, kitchen area, lovely big bathroom. Just pop your little head in there so you can see.
It’s big. Then we can actually come out this way, and we’re going to look at that end one. It just seems to go forever and ever and ever. You can just imagine, oh, look at this, look at those gardens. Who would not love sitting on this hammock and enjoying that beauty? Absolutely just peaceful, magic, and quiet. Now, the other room, which is massive, come in here. I really do hope that you’re getting the sense now of the enormity of the flexibility. Oh, that’ll be the door closed, and the flexibility and the opportunity for that multi-generational living or income.
This, like I said, a million times before, you are in your own little world. You could live here. How much could you rent this out for long term? Somebody come live here for 6 months, 12 months, they’d be in paradise, absolute paradise. A little mirror here and again big bathroom. They’re not teeny little bathrooms. Loo, vanity, and shower. Oh, I just love it. We are nearly there. I did promise there’s just so much to take in. We’re going to head to the kitchen, but before we do, just a quick look at some of the utilities. Look at this beautiful deck. Oh my goodness, this feeds the soul, absolutely feeds the soul.
Mentioned about cupboards everywhere. There’s a storage utility over there. We’ll have a look at when we’re in the kitchen. In here, we’ve got a little extra loo. When you’ve been to the bar, or when you’re sitting relaxing, or you’ve been out in the garden, you can use the loo. That takes us back into that room. That’s the kitchen here, and then we have, wooh, another very bright bathroom. Just pop a little head in here so you can see. Absolutely gorgeous, and again, cupboards in there. We are going to head back around, and I’m going to show you that kitchen.

Angela: One commercial kitchen. Woohoo, we’ve got a commercial kitchen. Everything is stainless steel. We’ve got stainless steel benches. We’ve got stainless steel, stainless steel, stainless steel, and of course, a commercial cooking facility. All this in here is stainless steel. We’ve got a wash sink, we’ve got shelves, we have got everything you would ever want. Plenty again, plenty of cupboard space. I’m not going to open up all the doors because there’s too many cupboards. We have this brilliant, great big pantry area in here, and of course, your crockery.
Remember too, this is just a room, so you could rip everything out. You could re-tile the floor, not that you would because there’s nothing wrong with it, and you can put in your own fancy schmancy big lifestyle, normal house-type kitchen if you wanted to. Cupboards in here, the fridges can stay, the bench tops can stay. As I said at the beginning, lots of opportunity for it to be just converted back, or it can also be emptied. Now, this is where the last bedroom, the last unit if you like is, which is just around here. Before we go there, I just want to show you, there’s more space, there’s more rooms, more utility.
That takes us right into that little bit where we have the toilet. We’ve got a laundry in here. We’ve got freezers galore, space galore. It is just, you’re getting the picture, it’s massive. It’s absolutely massive. Then this is the last little mini apartment that I wanted to show you in here. This is just gorgeous. This is actually one of my favorites because we have got the gothic arches. Everywhere you look, I know that with the light it’s probably a little bit difficult to see all the stained glass, but we have stained glass all the way through. We’ve got the bathroom in here, and we have another bedroom up in here.
This is beautiful and doors that obviously go out onto all the balconies and all the verandas. This could maybe be caretaker’s unit because it’s close to the staff entrances if you like. Then this is the functional side of the property. We’ve got gas bottles for the cook hang, we’ve got about six hot water tanks, and again, all the bits that you would need. This takes us out to the side where we actually came in at the very beginning. Then we’ve got this beautiful, beautiful, again, another view off the river. We’ll have a look at the river when we go around and look at the gardens, but that is just absolutely stunning.

Angela: It’s hard to believe that we were just standing up there and just marveling at the beauty that is all around us. That is just, it’s beyond sensational as I said, and I’ll say it probably 300 more times. Now, the garden is glorious. We have river access through this beautiful bamboo. We can go down to the river this way. The river is not on the property, but we don’t have any neighbors, so, of course, we can access it whenever we like. We can go down that way, we can go down that way, and of course, up close to where I showed you at the kitchen, we can also go down here, but let’s have a little look here. I’m just going to meet you down there. This is just too beautiful.

Angela: You can actually swim in this river all year round. It’s just gently flowing. It’s cool and it’s beautiful. If you were just a family, or if you had children, in and out you’d go all day every day in the hottest of days. Or if you had people staying here or guests, they too could just enjoy it. Absolutely, absolutely stunning.

Angela: This is just another part of the river where it’s obviously got a little bit of a waterfall or a little bit of rocks that it’s rumbling over. We’ve come around a little pathway back up to the back of the magnificent property. Now, if you were getting married, or you wanted to get married, you could actually imagine having this as your backdrop. We’ve actually had in the past, people have the photographs taken here with the bamboo and with the river. Again, just that little business opportunity, which is just fabulous. We’ve looked at our mini apartments, as it were. We’ve looked at our kitchen and our deck, sensational deck. We’re just going to continue around the gardens and have a quick look through the shed and the orchard.

Angela: On the way to the orchard, you’ll notice when we came in that we’ve actually got a little storage area there, and a little shed linked to carport up on that side. We’ve also got a really massive shed, but these gardens are beyond glorious. We talked about self-sustainability. It’s hard to imagine that there’s probably more than about 200, yes, you heard me correctly, about 200 fruit trees. Mandarin, black sapote, I’m not even going to name them because there’s 200 fruit trees. You could either go to the markets, you could just make all your own food, you could grow your own food.
Have a look at this up here. This is unbelievably special, open, bright, sunny. The 8.6 acres, you could build something else up here if you wanted to. You’ve got the beautiful range that you can have a look at the trees. The view is just spectacular. That was the entrance up there where we came in at the beginning with that really gorgeous inviting red number 250, come love me, Cedar Park Road. Trees are dotted all over the place. We’ve got little sitting spot over there, which we’ll have a quick look at. We’ve got a dam. You’ll notice the dam.
If you’ve got maybe horses, or you’ve got cattle, or you’ve got little animals, it’s not a big dam, but it’s certainly got that little cute, jump-off jetty point. We’ve also got, in terms of infrastructure, hard to imagine, but we’re on mains power. We have got Starlink, fast internet, fast phone, and we’ve got all the mod cons. Running a business from here is super duper easy. We’re going to head up around that way, and I’m going to take you over to the shed, which is in that direction.

Angela: Wow, and this is just another little whence upon area where we had a look at the dam, and then we had a quick look at the orchard again. This, sitting here on a really hot, hot day, we are just inspired by– Look at these beautiful, I think they’re Fraser Island, they look like Fraser Island creepers. You get beautiful pink and yellow, I think they’re pink and yellow, fluffy little flowers that will just dangle down, but you could be sitting having a cup of tea, just enjoying, just relaxing. This is beyond fabulous. Now we are, I promise, heading to that shed.
I promise we are getting there. On the way to the shed, we have lots of, again, little bits of infrastructure. We’ve got this here where you could put in your fruit and your veggies. You could put in your chickens, you could put in your birds, anything you want. We’ve got a little birdhouse just here, we’ve got another little bit here, we’ve got some other cages here. This, the shed- whoops, are you coming?- the shed is, we actually came the long way. We’ve got the house or the resort, whatever you want to call it, whatever you’re going to use it for, just over here.
You can actually just very quickly walk up to the shed. It’s 30 seconds. We’ve done a bit of a long tour. It’s an oldie, but it’s a goodie. There’s plenty of space to put in pretty much everything you want. All your gardening stuff, all your tractors, all your mowers. It’s a shed, fabulous.

Angela: This is beyond fabulous. Hopefully, you will agree, and I really hope that you have enjoyed this little wonderful tour that I haven’t been able to show you everything, of Number 250 Cedar Park Road in Koah. I mentioned I don’t know how many times, that is probably bigger than most people’s houses, and that is just the living space alone. Why would you buy this property? Oh my goodness, there would have to be 300 million different reasons. It could literally be that with the interest rates as they are at the moment and young people not being able to afford houses, you could have two or three or four families, different generations, all come live here.
It would be cheaper than rent. it would just all work because of the space, because of the size, because of the separation, but also too, just a massive lifestyle, luxury home, just like the current owners are running it at the moment. The gardens are sensational. We could have a resort, we could have a retreat, we could do Airbnb. We could do that room at the end that is just somebody who lives here, for the next 10 years. They pay you money every week or every month, and they would not be in your way. The gardens are glorious. The river, absolutely breathtaking.
You can swim in it all year round. We have got our mains power, we’ve got bore water. We’ve got Starlink internet, so you have fast internet, you have fast phone, you can work from home here. It’s just almost too much to take in, there genuinely is. Of course, the orchard, 200 trees, fruit, just beautiful, sustainable, potential lifestyle. I’m really excited about this one.
