We’re on about an acre and a half, we’re at the end of a no through Close, it is supremely private and it has been built over engineered beautifully so that it appears to float in the rainforest. Don’t you just love this whole entrance area? It just adds I don’t know just a real yummy welcoming feel to this whole house. We’ve come up the stairs. We now know what in the entrance area and we’ve actually got two wings. This one is the main living area, we’ve got kitchen, living goes out to the garden and a master ensuite along now at the end with walking robe very lovely. Along this side we have actually got separate toilet, we’ve got a two-way bathroom and we’ve got two or three bedrooms depending on which way you actually want to live or configure the house.

Isn’t this just gorgeous? Everyone knows that I love kitchens and this works beautifully with the whole outdoor-indoor living area you’ve got the gorgeous gardens coming in and of course the whole property of whole house has got these amazing wood and louvers. It’s all screened, everything’s got screens or there’s no bugs or beasties coming in but this is just- it’s a feel-good modern contemporary but very relaxed kitchen.
We got sliding drawers, gorgeous stainless steel cooker, we’ve got enough room there for a double stainless steel fridge or any color of fridge of course and pantry and of course our microwave posi. I just love the fact that you can either watch telly or entertain your guests it just is lovely.

Hopefully, you’re getting a sense of the actual lifestyle feel of this property now. I’m just going to take a minute because these are the little things that make all the difference.
Bi-fold doors. We can actually close out the weather if you like not that we’ve weather but the outdoor is there clearly, we’ve got indoor-outdoor here which is- it’s got the same feel as being inside but these doors are brilliant. They’re wooden and they’re about five meters long. You all know the bi-folds work. Open-close. Beautiful. I know you’re going to find this hard to believe, but when the house was actually engineered, built round about 2000 and it has only actually had two owners that’s why it’s in beautiful pristine condition.
You can see that the industrial style beams are actually part of the architecture. The part of the structure but also part of the architecture and that’s about five meters high. The actual walls are about 2.7 which is still beautiful and high but you get the windows, you get the light and of course, you get that height and elevation, absolutely amazing. Before we go outside and before we go into the other gardens, as I mentioned we’re all fully fly screened we have also got air conditioner and these open up.
How good is that into another indoor-outdoor living area and of course we could just imagine having breakfast or lunch or having family and friends round and just enjoying the great outdoors. Absolutely amazing.

The master bedroom is really big. We’ve got a walkthrough robe which is super duper handy because at the other end we’ve got a massive big ensuite, easy just when you’ve finished washing you can come out and you’ve got access to all your gorgeous clothes.
What’s really magical about this room is the fact that you’re waking up, if your bed was here you’re waking up in the morning and you have the most amazing views, private views out to the back garden. You know you can sleep with your windows open. Going on about it, you’ve got flyscreens, you’ve also good air conditioning and it really is just a peaceful, tranquil, gorgeous part of the world.

Two-way bathroom, as I mentioned. Come on in. Little design elements that just make this house really stand out from the ordinary apart from obviously the beautiful architecture.
Little things like hidden mirrors where it looks like a pretty flat mirror but when you actually open it is recessed in and you’ve actually got shelves that you could put your stuff in. Things like fabulous great big window that is– So, when you come along the hallway, we’ve got a great big window above the shower and of course even for a two-way bathroom we have an amazing double shower but luxury bath and of course, we’re looking up into cluster 1.6 acres of private low maintenance, absolutely gorgeous oasis. It really is beautiful.
Let’s go have another look at this bedroom and then we’ll head over into that third room that could be a bedroom or a utility room.

This is a really special room for a really special house. It was originally a big utility laundry area. We’ve actually got hips of bench space, we’ve got plenty of cupboard space but it has been converted into bedroom, rumpus area but the laundry area is still here. Beautifully concealed behind these doors is a sink, a laundry, hang up space if you do actually want to use this as a bedroom. Again, complete flexibility but it really is a bit unique.

One of the other little special features and I am going to make no apologies for keeping pointing them out because this really is what’s sets this property apart from so many other homes that you will come across. Stainless steel balustrading. No maintenance looks fabulous, organic but contemporary too. Now, when we come in and it’s raining, for example, we come in the double lockup garage and we have got a nice easy access straight up into the house. Again, another fabulous design element.

This is absolutely gorgeous. Little lily ponds. We have the most amazing torch gingers all the way around and you hopefully are getting a sense of the actual privacy and how calm this property actually is. You can just imagine actually in the rain all the beautiful noises on these large leaf plants. They’re just to die for but everything about it, as I said, is low maintenance. Going to have beautiful little waterfalls in the wet season and it’s cool and it’s just glorious.

You can now see how special this home property actually is. The engineering, everything about it, the attention to detail is just stunning. Of course, as we look here you can see all the high windows that let all the natural light in and that the beams and the posts they’re all part of the organic but it’s still a cosmopolitan modern type house. It really is, as well as you can see very special.
