It really is quite magical.
We’ll come back and have a look at this later. You’ve got the main driveway that goes down towards the house. You’ve got a great big turning circle if you got a big car, lot’s of toys, or lot’s of visitors. I just know that you’re going to love this property. Let’s go and have a look.

We’ve just come down that fantastic big long driveway. Of course, we’ve got the dam that was on the right hand side with that gorgeous umbrella. A couple little chairs just so that we can relax at the end of the day. The key thing about this property is the fact that it’s been a landscape architect that actually was responsible for creating the bones. We’re walking along this mosaic pathway.
I got no idea how long it might have taken this person to actually do it. If you have a look down, this goes all the way round the property. Everywhere there’s a path, we’ve got those little handmade mosaic pathway. This is absolutely gorgeous. If we go around this way, here we’ve got the entrance to a little fairyland house. The feeling that you get when you come in to this house is just a hundred percent relaxation. This has been the original balcony and it has a beach side feel to it. I know that we’re on five acres, we’re in gorgeous rainforest tropical garden, but it does feel like a beach-y house. Come along here. We’ve actually got area that you could add in as an extra bedroom, relaxation. It is just endless. Of course, we’ve got all these windows all the way around for that lovely natural light.

I love everything about this property. We’ve got the natural light. We’ve got the fantastic brilliant earthy colors with the bright colors, and a really, really usable kitchen. You can sit there, relax. You can see right out to the window. We’ve got two bedrooms here. It’s amazing actually. There’s straw cushions in there. It really is fantastic what you can do with just such a little room and a fantastic great big shower in the left hand side there just as you go through. Have a wander.

I absolutely love this shower space. Not only, again, I keep going on about the windows and the bright light, but it is really important when you leave in the tropics and in such a beautiful garden. You come in here. No shower curtain. No glass to clean. You can just stand under the shower. Enjoy it. Come out wet, because you’ve got a beautiful slate floor. You can walk out into the courtyard, or of course, back into the living area. It’s just magic.

It’s hard to imagine just how magical this property is. I mentioned before, but the mosaics, you can see they go all the way through the pathways. We’ve got garden art. We’ve got a little sign to the creek down there. The creek’s not actually on this property, but we’ll have a look. It’s only a three or four minutes walk. Let’s come, have a walk through the garden. Just in front of the shed, we’ve got all these little man-made veggie garden bits. Not a lot in it at the moment. Smells like sage. Beautiful. Of course, we’ve got a couple of car spots in there as well. Is this shed a brand new shed? No, it’s not. It has good power. You can get all your toys in it for as long as you want to have a play. You’ll have had a fantastic tour to the gardens. These sculptural architectural plants, one of the original owners was a landscape architect. The place is just stunning with all these beautiful plants. We’ve got the dam. We’ve got a little log over there. It really is just a beautiful part of the world. Just to sit and relax at the end of the day, we’ve got our chairs and our brolly. We’ve got beautiful sparkly sun. You’re going to love this.
