You just come up the stairs into the main living area and this is what I was talking about. We’ve got about a 20 meter approximately 20-meter deck that runs all the way across the house. We’ve got the main bedroom there, another bedroom here and behind us, we’ve actually got the kitchen which we’ll look at in a minute. Let’s just take two seconds to enjoy that view it’s stunning.

What I really love about this property is the fact that it is light, it’s bright, it’s got a fantastic feeling of space. Just to give you a little bit of orientation– That’s very beautiful. We have got the kitchen there beautiful great big kitchen which leads off onto that gorgeous big balcony. Down the hallway we have got a brilliant bathroom, it’s got a walk-through shower you just are going to fall in love that and we’ve got the master bedroom at the top, another bedroom to the back left and the one that we showed you on the front of the balcony but come on through and have a look at the kitchen. It is a chef’s delight. As I said chef’s delight. We’ve got a gas cooker it is actually a cooker. It’s got electric oven underneath and we have got these beautiful wooden beam tops. The doors on the front of the house are actually what they call Crimsafe doors which means that you can walk away you can leave the door open, locked of course with plenty of ventilation and it leads through into the most fantastic barbie area. Have a look at the kitchen and then have a look outside because it does have that fantastic view.

This is the main bathroom and even from the minute that you come in, we’ve got just gorgeous oozy warm tones. I think this is silky oak feels yummy but the walkthrough shower is really indulging. Let’s walk this way. It’s just fabulous, come on through. Standing here under the shower lots and lots of space. You are going to love this.

We’ve just come downstairs into the separate living area and we have got two rooms just to your right and to your left. The front one actually joins on to the back. Again we’ve got that bathroom and we’ve got the laundry. It would be perfect in every shape or form. A studio for people coming to stay, they’ve got their own little living area there keeping your separate private area upstairs and again it’s in this beautiful garden. You just come down those rocks they’re just yummy let’s go in and have a look.

It’s started to rain but that’s what happens in this beautiful tropical rainforest. This is the man shed. It’s about eight by nine come on so you don’t get wet. It’s got power and you could fit almost everything you own in that shed. It’s absolutely fabulous.

The house, 2005, split-level they’re just beautiful rooms we’re on tropical 2.3 acres, we’ve got a man shed to die for, we’ve got solar system 5 KVA, we’ve got split air conditioning, we’ve got electric gates at the front of the property. We are fully fenced for little dogs or four little animals and of course the most fantastic open airy living space.
