If we do just maybe a little bit of orientation, this side of the house we’ve got the master bedroom and it has a walkthrough robe and an ensuite and then down the hallway we have got another two bedrooms, laundry, and main bathroom. We’re going to go up and have a look at the other bedrooms but I just wanted to bring you through this kitchen again because I love it. Plenty of drainage space. That’s often a problem in new kitchens. They’ve got tiny little baby draining boards and I love that tap. You should buy this house because of that tap, it’s beautiful. Come on through, great big pantry, fabulous bookshelf and we’ve got bedroom one, we’ve got bedroom two, laundry, toilet, and bathroom. Go have a look.

Is a brilliant little house like I said like cozy cottage. Now, this is the single garage or it would have been a single garage or it still can be a single garage but you’ll notice that we have got plenty of parking space on this outside. We’ve got brilliant living deck. Big double carport high as you like. This means that this could be an office, it could be an art room, it could be converted– At the moment it’s storage, it could be converted into just another big rumpus area if you didn’t want to use it as a garage or it could be a workshop. It really could be well, whatever you would like it to be but is functional, it is big enough for a really big car and, of course, your trailers or your boats, plenty of space.
This takes us out into the back garden but I think what we’ll do is just so you get a sense of how flat and usable the whole property is, we’ll head up at the back and have a look at this lovely little garden shed. You can see that we have got an even bigger raised carport. Again, if you do have a boat or you have something that is high or something that is long, this is where it would live. We’ve also got another little garden shed here and we have got plenty of– Look at this, that is absolutely glorious, that is probably an orange tree or some sort of citrus tree. Look at that.
You could just imagine all your little bits of fruit making Jam, picking it up with the children as the drawdown, just very mature and very special. Again, flat, usable and beautiful rainforest backdrop. It really is stunning and it has so much potential for you to be able to do whatever you want to do with this particular block of land. Let’s head back round to the back and we do a bit of a wrap-up.

You can see again lovely open, sunny, a little bit shady at the back because they’ve got beautiful rainforest trees but this seriously would be big enough for the biggest of resort pools. I don’t know if you can see those fabulous bottle brushes just up they’re starting to come out into flower and again fruit trees, mango, little buds on the mango or the mango one here and of course this lifestyle deck is just brilliant.
