I’ve talked about calmness, I’ve talked about coolness, this whole house actually is air-conditioned and we have five split inverter air conditioners. Really when it does get hot, even though it’s fully insulated, you can just close the doors. We’ve actually got curtains here that you can close so that we have a lovely dark, cozy media room.
Come on in. You’ll see we’ve got curved glass panels wall just at the back here. We’ve got Foxtel, we’ve got a DSL too. It’s fully fly screened. Everything that you see in terms of the furniture is actually available for sale, if you were an investor or you wanted a holiday late or you were downsizing or you’re just starting off, this is all potentially part of the sale of this magnificent property. The backdrop, it is just stunning. We have got a paved area, so it’s maintenance-free. We’ve got beautiful plants dripping down through the retaining wall. We have a cool system and a septic system really discreetly hidden away so you don’t have to look at anything ugly, but they are functional. Who wouldn’t want this?

I wish I could jump in there and have a swim, but maybe later. I’d just like to do a summary. This has got so many things to talk about, and the key thing that I really can’t impress enough is the whole sanctuary feel of this property.
