Angela: We’ve just come down the main driveway into the cottage. One bedroom, two bathrooms and it is just oozing with cuteness and beautifulness. Come on in. We’ve got these fantastic original pavers. The original construction is that mud brick actually made from the clay on this property. This is the most fabulous part. You come in and it’s like a French farmhouse. We’ve got the most amazing beautiful stairs that go up to the mezzanine level. We’ve got a little living area, which you can have a look at in a minute. Then, we’ve got the kitchen.
Come on through have a look at the kitchen. Everyone knows I’m fascinated by kitchens. It’s just glorious, it’s got farmhouse written all over it. We’ve got the Caesarstone benchtops. We’ve got beautiful, comfy bed, views out to the garden to die for. We’ve got more views out here. We’ve got the ensuite behind and we’ve got heaps and heaps of covered space. I know that sleepy, sleepy, waking up in the morning or go to bed at night and you would just feel like you’re in paradise.

Angela: This is the second house. We’ve just come through from the first house, a little one-bedroom cottage. As you can see, it’s got French doors. It’s got a veranda. It’s got a veranda around the other side as well but it’s a little bit smaller. We’ve got the three bedrooms. We’ve got a huge, big rumpus kitchen open plan area. You could have that as the main house. You could have it as your parents’ retreat. You could rent it out. Go on and have a look. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Angela: We’re in the gardens in this magnificent part of the world. What I didn’t mention before is that we’ve got an excess of I think it’s about 24, 25, 26 different kinds of fruit trees. We’ve got avocados dripping from my head as we speak. We’ve got beautiful poincianas. We’ve got divine gingers, heliconias. It really is just a stunning, stunning garden. I’d pick that if I could reach it. Can you imagine having this in your backdoor? This is the barren river. That’s your new lifestyle property. We’ve got completely swimmable. Oh, yum. Very, very swimmable water. We’ve got water holes. We’ve got lovely rocks. It is just a fantastic spot for the kids to come and play on those hot summer days, just beautiful.
