Easier for me

I’m sure Angela has gathered a long line of satisfied clients over the years. I was impressed by her no fuss approach, and sensible observations about the property I purchased; and the fact she selects and vets the actual properties she takes on, to market in a quality professional way. Also, with her being a local in Kuranda, which is where I purchased, she helped with my string of queries regarding living in the rainforest belt, which for me is a new experience. The video and still images were carefully chosen, very useful and instructive. I had been looking at property for over 10 years on the Tablelands, but rarely ventured into the Kuranda section. Angela indicated the property might well suit my needs, and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a suitable venue for my retreat plans to come to fruition. Angela’s happy positive outlook and sharp wit, were well appreciated during the negotiations. I remember being prompted to imagine how I thought I might live in the property and her alluding to observe the experience of relaxing and enjoying the location and garden surrounds. This provided a sense of grounding, which can often evaporate at such critical times. So, I was given plenty of time, with absolutely no pressure, to consider the results of the first inspection. After a second visit (on the full moon), I made the decision. The following few days of cooling off, were full of wonderment and surprise as to what I had actually undertaken. However, I kept my nerve, and have now said goodbye to the seemingly endless process of house hunting. I now reside in a beautiful house in a wonderful position, with a climate I know I will get used to, and I do feel at home again. I still haven’t ventured the rainforest section yet, but plenty of time. I am slowly uncovering the bonuses, like the mangosteen on the road verge opposite, the daily sweet yellow passionfruit ground falls, and the pleasure of a mature garden paradise. Oh, has anyone got a spare ride on mower they aren’t using? Thanks Angela, it has been a fulfilling interstate journey, and your friendly easygoing nature has made the process, just that little bit easier for me.
